You are correct, I rarely see women of color doing this trend. All of this is expensive. Eating healthy working out, etc is time and money which some people just don’t have.

Eating healthy is cheaper than eating unhealthily, both literally and in future medical bills. Exercising for 30 mins to 1 hour is not that much and your body will thank you

I’m in my 30s so maybe this is why but other than TH-cam I don’t do social media. I think trends & setting your life according to others is the quickest way to send you into a depression & debt. We’re not all supposed to be doing the same thing. Most of these trends are retail tactics on top of fake for the average person with real life responsibilities. Side note those basic outfits look basically amazing on you ❤
