I have an Epson xp 100, the paper wouldn't feed in all the way so i removed the rear roller and removed that tiny little spring inside of the rubber roller, so it had no tension at all put back together and it worked fine after that, after a few prints a nail that I recently lost after pulling out of the wall came sailing out the chute, you just never know ??

After 3 years of use, its rolls are bald
Which one is more suitable for cleaning and revitalizing the rolls?:
1: Soap and water
2: Distilled water
3: Regular alcohol
4: Isopropyl alcohol
No soap, the other solutions are ok

What about the other roller? That one in the video is the roller that goes under the paper but what about the top one?

Thanks! I have the XP 970. My rollers are bald after only 18months. It takes upto 15 or 20 tries before it catches the paper. Not sure how to get replacement rubber.
I have no manuals for that machine but are you sure are bad? It takes years for a roller to worn out. Did you try to clean them with alcohol?
@@viandant5 Thanks. Yeah, I had this printer since this time of 2021. When I first started having the issue, I would wipe off the wheels and at the time they felt rough. I would get track marks on the paper when it wouldn't catch. Now the track marks are different looking(and much less) and when I clean the wheel they feel smooth. It sometimes takes 20 minutes or so just to print 1 sheet. I called Epson about 2 weeks ago and the warranty expired and there are no Epson service centers in my state anymore.

My Epson printer is telling me that the printer is out of paper when the paper tray is full. Could this be one of the problems?
Check the settings, may be the wrong paper cassette or paper size is selected. Or it could be a paper sensor.

Salve, ho una expression home 3105 nel prendere la carta devo accompagnare il foglio 8 volte su 10, il braccetto superiore scende correttamente, il rullino di sotto che si vede nel video se provo a girarlo con il dito senza montarlo, è un po' duro da girare. È normale?
Sì è normale. forse basta pulirlo con acqua o alcool
