This is one of the best explained videos I have ever seen on the U tube on how to make and fold triangle samosas. You made it look so easy to understand that even a novice can make it with great results. I do have one question though. What is the length of each samosa strip. You talked about width but did not say what length of each strip we should try to keep. Thank you.

Fabulous tutorial, Saleem I cook my sasomas mince exactly the same way except I add the onions at end and I keep them raw but will have to try your method too. 👍👍🙏🏻

Hello thanks for this. Pls I realized that you didn't allow the dough to seat for some minutes after mixing is there a reason why? Also can I use a polythene to cover the disc roti instead of cloth?
