I never seen how these are made. This is really a wonderful excample of true cooking, and real food like I could get at a restaurant. It's high quality for sure. I used to buy the egg rolls and stuff them for my self. But never new how to make them. Thank you so much for sharring this. I like cabbage and rice with chicken and good seasoning. But I'll try these maybe. Iake homemade French bread and other breads too. I love cooking good food. It's hard after my husband died 14 years ago last month to cook for just one. But I can freeze things. I just made cinnamon biscuits the other day with cinnamon in the icing. Plus I drizzle over it melted butter and brown sugar. Very nice. You have a good week and thank you for sharing this.
I'm so impressed with how you show different techniques of making the samoosa and spring roll pastries. I tried and tried until I found the easiest way for me. I made your samoosas and spring rolls from scratch. Thanks to you. And I'm not even Indian.😊
and usual trick you can do for spring rolls as well as raviolis And tortellinis and if you make Armenian style foods Monty which is for using one ton wrappers in the small ones or the really large ones you just cut them to to fit for whatever you need and make your wanton wrappers that way Egg roll rappers or spring roll wrappers that way It's really easy to do is to having a rolling out yourself is already made and you just use the sheets and use it for whatever you need they may be smaller than you used to but they work better trust me so I haven't make it yourself they making your felt yourself as fun but if you don't have the time and you just need to get it done quickly or you need to make a lot of them for like a party or something like that want on wrappers work wonderful they're thinner than tortilla wrappers and they're better to cook with they just they just work better that's all

I make spring rolls and smosa as well same like this method but I use rolling pin must and i think that is very easy to spread the dough, your method is difficult 😮
Very nice video! My only “issue” is to replace vegetable oil with olive oil … vegetable oils are VERY UNHEALTHY… unnatural.. use extra virgin pure olive oils which are very healthy !
@joanns7842 Although most of us consider AVOCADO a vegetable and, thereby, would use avocado oil as a vegetable oil; it is botanically a fruit. It would be ideal in this recipe. (Not using regular vegetable oil, as you so wisely mentioned should be avoided.) Thank you for reminding us about the unhealthy properties of regular vegetable oil.💕

Use the rolling pin mate ! Just use it !!!😅
Easy to follow but for too long.
Not the traditional filling. More like samosa. SA
Rolling without rolling pin....... 🤦
It's way too slow 😴
You mean 12 not even sizes
