My ex boyfriend's family owned a funeral home and I suggested Soul Morticians. The band members took a vote and chose that name. Those were fun times but we all knew that O'Neal's voice was extraordinary.

They were the greatest singing duo ever created by any musician in the history of R&B. This was back then when the music industry was booming talent and care about what they put out. They were meant to collaborate music together. Alexander will definitely destroy half of these R&B cats who think they got what it takes to be a great singer, so he should have been a biggest artist if he never started doing drugs. The last time I checked…they performed together on the BET awards show a couple of years ago making a tribute to Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis. Great stuff!!!
