I did blow my classmates' minds with my very strong patellar reflex :p The psoas sign for appendicitis isn't exactly a demo but it's another one of those things that made me go "that's so neat", the way the muscles lie under the viscera (and because the psoas major is my second favorite muscle :p) A lot of small things like seeing the jugular distend during Valsalva or feeling zaps up to your pinky when fiddling with the ulnar nerve. "Living anatomy" is a great term!
