Been doing these drills for 3 weeks, 5 days a week. Very noticeable on the slopes, more flexible and definitely great for leg strength. I got some new boots and I wore them while I did this once. What a workout that was and helped pack them in a bit😂. Thanks for the great content! I’ve been riding for 28 years but you can never learn enough and a lot of what I watch on your channel is great for progression and dialing in those fundamentals!
Nice workout for me. I mixed in some side planks (basically 20 seconds each side and a final 20 second normal plank) plus some stretching where I couldn't keep up with the rowing, I've got a good sweat going so it's definitely a good go. Do more please, I'll follow along!

This was brutal, it just shows how out of shape I am haha I did 1 extra excersise that for me really simulates the snowboard experience that I have I do a half squat and stay half squated, meanwhile I slowly shift my upper body from 1 leg to another It really gives me that burn in my quads that I experience shile shredding
At age 60, I must do a set every 3 or 4 runs. Stay flex and stretched, hang loose. I'm the og down at Peak 10 still shredding Mustang, Trinity, and Quiver. Ride on 🏂
