    Cautionary Note: you need stairs where the horizontal "depth" (front to back) of each stair is pretty big, especially for the descending exercises and if you're tall with big feet - this stair dimension needs to be more than long enough to accommodate your foot length. These are great exercises, though!

    All we can do it in our little city! To start the breath I use Qi gong for integration of training. These are perfect exercises and I remember old stages of martial arts, when I was young in Italy. This is the year of my rebirth.

    OMG I CANT TELL YOU HOW GRATEFULL I AM THAT YOUR DOING THIS :D iv been wanting to learn parkour (not flips or tricks) but i could only find the same dudes doing tricks :/ im not a buff dude at all and this thiiiiis is what iv been looking for :D

    Watched Bioneers recent parkour video that lead me to parkour journeys then a this channel. Love it. As soon as I start getting into parkour myself and fitness I get 3 really awesome channels

    Do you know how high the steps you were using were.
    I think mine are taller making going down missing a step difficult.
    Mine are about 19 to 20 Cm each.

      Just get used to stepping down 2-4 stairs and then landing down as many as possible onto the stair, plus also jumping down out of a fall and even precision jumps.
