love❤ you ronnie shalvis in my country parkour in not so famos than another sports cos parkour is a new sport in AFGHANISTAN but i am a parkour athlete ican a back flip front flip side flip or etc....... your channel is very defferent and good than another parkour channel i have seen
I really appreciate your confidence to go out and train basics in public. I feel like a weirdo if i just do obvious training with no pals. So I mostly climb rather than jump, and that seems somewhat normal to others. Also weird though how few people wanna move through 3d space. I figure it is something most people desire considering how prolific parkour, or climbing is in pop culture. I dunno, thanks for the video. I bruised my butt doing flat kongs in my studio.
other suggestions: cartwheels 1 handed cartwheels hand stands head stands 180, 360, 540 etc. (learning how to control your spin, and also add distance)
Bro same, this dude walked up to me since I was trying to climb up on a dance and I think he thought I was breaking in, so with a group I think I would’ve been less sketch
Is it me not keeping up with the content or has Ronnie been off for a while? Loved Ronnie's other stuff but seem to think he hasn't been posting for a bit. Great to see you back Mr Shalvis! Always sounds so friendly haha
Hey Ronnie sir I am from India and I study in 9th grade.i am very much interested in learning parkour. I only some basic gymnastics movements like handstand roll, kart wheel, front flip and a basic split vault. I would like u to make a video on how to get better in parkour and I recently saw your TH-cam channel and I want to learn parkour. I would like u to make a video on simple parkour stunts that beginners can do Thank you SharedMusic PC
4:12 I do Capoeira but it's 11pm and I can't spell properly atm xD Will update the name tho. Also, it's really fun to do Edit: it seems you actually featured it (macaco) so that's that solved However there is another version called macacao which is closer to what you were talking about
hello, I am new to the channel and I love what you do, it is really awesome. I am planning on making a full Edward Kenway outfit with the prop guns and swords and also wanting to do a bit of parkour moves, I have done some of the basic's through out my life without even knowing. so i was hoping you had some tips or tricks you can tell me or what videos to go too on your channel? all i have really done is a cartwheel and i have kind of wall run off our tree and done balancing on some things and kind of done the safety roll. please and thank you
