Speed Building my 4 New Leaf Houses In New Horizons! (the results are... interesting)

- This is it! The last Speedbuild of my New Leaf Town! I hope you all enjoy and are not devastated by how many series I had to improvise due to their lack in New Horizons :P
The next and final part will be out in two or three weeks. Keep an eye out for community posts as I'll be opening this Island's gates for you all to visit while I finish things up :)
This made me realize how much furniture ACNH is lacking 💀 also the whole thing is so cool !!

I think it’s because we have so much outside furniture, or at least furniture that can be used both inside and outside, so there’s less focus on the furniture sets (as in previous games the houses were the main thing to decorate it makes sense to have more of them) and more focus on the outside stuff

We’ve been knowing . Or at least I have , I never played ACNL, but I remember sent people post about it years ago for their house ideas and ACNH is a 3/10 in furniture sets IMO. It is SUPER limited and I wish they would bring more designs in...to be honest I was disappointed that they didn’t have all of this in ACNH as I had been expecting
I really hope Gracie comes back, I was always obsessed with buying her ridiculous,y expensive furniture and clothes. It always felt like something so special that was worth saving up for
Yeah hopefully soon. That sticker shock is major. But with most of us playing for awhile we probably have a good amount of coin saved up.
maybe label is going to have her own store similar to gracies. like a second story to nooks cranny

i never thought i'd miss acnl furniture so much :( i really hope they bring at least some of the sets back or maybe even just pieces of the sets, i'll take anything at this point lol. i think you did a really good job with what you had to work with, also your acnl town is so cute :) it's really cool how you collected all those sets and made your rooms with them! so complete
I'm sure they will :) all the sets they have so far that aren't holoday happened to be the first several in the gamecube catalog. It could be a coincide but I doubt it :)
I just figured it out when you talked it! I think the ice series in New Horizons maybe is based on Ice Hotels irl, which is why the bed is there. The real hotels also have scupltures of animals, which the bear fits perfectly
That makes sense! I just looked at pictures of one in Japan and you can see a lot of similarities. The random bar makes sense too since that is one of the features of the hotel I was looking at.
im predicting (and hoping) for an update that brings back HHA which can let us customize and expand our houses even more (and bring back more furniture sets and add new ones too)

We can only hope that Nintendo will listen to our cries and expand the furniture sets. AC City Folk and ACNL had the best furniture sets tbh .

Lol I didn't even think of the zodiac set but it would have been perfect! But yeah way too much work for those fragments.
This really shows how much less furniture new horizon has compared to new leaf..
Yeah I think there's less because they are rethinking every series instead of porting them over exactly the same

Bro this series gave me an idea for my next island if I get another switch,
My island is gonna be based on a show which is called Lego Ninjago and I want to make it in honor for Kirby Morrow who sadly passed away about two months ago (he voiced Cole in the show and may the Earth ninja Rest In Peace) and this series makes me hyped for my next island
That sounds really cool. I haven't seen Ninjago but based on the commercials it seems fun :)

That makes me so sad because Cole was my favorite ninja. But a Ninjago themed island seems like so much fun. Plenty of set pieces from throughout the seasons. Is there even enough custom slots for each version of each ninja's garbs?
Wasn't there a part/season were Cole turns to a ghost. 😳😰

Unpopular opinion: I actually like bunny day's furniture set because it's colourful and cool.
I just liked the previous one better with the egg yolks. It was cute and made the set more cohesive.

I tried doing this actually when new horizons came out, but EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF FURNITURE besides like 2 were removed.

Oh neat, when you do the ACNH pocket camp build, you should try to make the campers out of furniture like an illusion

I kinda feel like the new horizons houses were better every time. New leaf had some awesome items but it's hard to enjoy them as much when you can count the pixels 😭 the smooooth look of new horizons just makes me so happy 😊
For sure. And being able to choose the height of items on walls and having a lot more small items to fill things out really ups the look of New Horizons rooms. Plus the lighting is so beautiful

Kettle bathtubs are a real thing 😆👌 I recently watched a hiking vid and one of the places the person rested at had one these kettle bathtubs(just human sized) and I was very much reminded of the one in ANCH 😆😆

How do you collect all the series???? I’ve been playing since March and I still don’t have any complete series 😂
For anything I didn't have for this build I used trades on Nookazon. But since March I've been trading with friends for things I didn't have to fill.out my catalog.

Dose all you Island disigns are on the same island or are they all separate islands?
I have two different islands. My main one and my sandbox one. The sandbox one has all this New Leaf stuff and it will also have future designs like the pocket camp one I mentioned.

Just think about what you like. My main town doesn't have a theme just a few different areas for things I like :)

Random question that’s not about the video at all, I just started a new island and I’m wondering how to get different fruits? My island fruit is peaches and I’ve heard that you need to go to other peoples islands to get them but I don’t have Nintendo online so would you know how?🙃💕
You can get one more by using Nook Miles Tickets. There will be 1 island with a different fruit from yours. You can also get another in the letter your mom sends when you first start playing. In past games you could get different fruits by mailing fruits to your villagers but I'm not sure that works in this game. The last 2 you need from another town. If you know someone locally you can do a fruit trade in person with the local visit option. Or you can do the 1 month free trial of Switch online.

So beautiful the downgrade of furniture, I'm ironic, but this is so bad, I really want to know what they were thinking when they were putting fournitures in ACNH
I think they just haven't finished putting series in. My big hope is the 1 year anniversary will be huge and we'll see a ton of new furniture.

Yeah I was excited when you didn't have to wait for Tom Nook to put something in his shop but then I realized you didn't have the same variety and was pretty disappointed. What's there is good for general houses but if you want to do anything theming it's disappointing. Like I did a abandoned monster lab and wanted a scifi exterior and nothing. I'm hoping they will add more later but I think it's 50/50 whether they do or not.
@@ShroomieCrossing yeah i agree. they need more furniture items and less crafting. id rather buy my stuff then have to go out and find all the stuff i need to make it.
I think crafting was good for beginning game as you could decorate as you go instead of ordering and waiting. Also gathering materials varied gameplay. But for end game I hate it. I wish we could at least buy materials. For these builds I avoided crafting where I could cause for some reason I have 0 wood but 500 soft wood.
The limit on orders is also frustrating. I think they did it to push crafting. It just adds stress only having 5 a day. And having mail only come in once a day.
Acnh videos were getting pretty boring so I’m glad to see something so different than the normal!
Lol I agree. I love Animal Crossing and TH-cam but theres not much Animal Crossing content I enjoy so I decided to make my own :)
The bunny day furniture in new horizons is so ANNOYING! Maybe it is because new leaf doesnt have the best quality so we didnt see the annoying colors
New Leaf's colors were definitely more muted and only half was colorful. New Horizons stuff just looks like they dont belong with each other.
