Semper Fi Heating and Cooling BAD Installation Caused Ceiling To Fall In!

DO NOT USE SEMPER FI HEATING AND COOLING OUT OF MESA ARIZONA!
Semper Fi installed a brand new system outside and an brand new air handler and these are all the things they did. After our ceiling caved in and we called, they sent a supervisor out and he couldn't believe how bad the install was. He said we needed the entire system re-installed then they ghosted us. We ended up calling week after week to try to get them to come out. They would send a tech and he would say "Yeah it's all wrong" and then we wouldn't hear anything back from them ever again. I would have to call again, and they would send another tech... never told me when they were going to re-install the system or give us a new outside system because apparently they installed the incorrect one.
