Man, I really like the WeBoost setup. A bit pricey, but I'm sure its worth it!

    So expensive.
But if you ever actually need it, you’d gladly pay for it in a heartbeat. It’s like insurance.

Very good review video. Do you know how long your promo code is good for? I'm very interested in buying a HiBoost antenna.

Thank you. I don't think there is a expiration to the code.

Link is not working. It says "404 page not found." Although it takes you to the actual website, you just have to navigate from there. But overall a nifty product, which could potentially save a life if one is out in the middle of nowhere, and happen to need EMS.

Did you try using weboost antenna on the high boost receiver? And can one but a antenna that extends even higher then yours

What about using it outside your vehicle, is that something you would do. I have a RTT and am looking at a weboost.

yes I do, but you have to be pretty close to the indoor antenna.

Mbps the "b" is bits not bytes

Bars showing is not data. They show your voice/text service.
There have been many times I have one bar and can watch YT videos with little to no buffering.

That's great. Every situation is different. Even with 1, 4g bar showing, I was not able to make calls or text when I was at that location

@@ChasingAdventuresCO Correct, as you just pointed out, bars represent signal strength for voice and text. The representation for data is made with the LTE, 4G, 5G, etc.
This is why your 5G capable phone will sometimes show the data indicator for slower service, much like fewer bars for voice and text meaning a weaker signal.

Good to know! And what I meant to say was as you saw in the video even with 1 or 2 bars, I wasn't getting any data and unable to make calls or text.. it's weird 😕

@@ChasingAdventuresCO I believe it has to do with how the “data” streams are encapsulated.
In the past, voice and text were separate services from data. Then LTE came along and voice became part of the data stream.
Voice , especially, is realtime so more susceptible to data loss. You don’t want your voice calls sounding like you’re on a toy walkie-talkie and breaking up. Data on the other hand can suffer packet loss and just resend the data. Will appear to be slower but still work.

Why are all your videos so dark, can't see anything. 😞
