I took her Housecall course. I thought so highly of her. This makes me so sad for her.

She is big in the nursing community.. wrote Nola the nurse...spoke at colleges, on nursing committees, speaker at an ANCC conference, she has a podcast, on TH-cam, big social media following, got all the letters behind her name, and she was THIS greedy. When being too greedy goes wrong, and the said part she's a black woman. I hope for her sake this isn't true, this is sad😢.

That's the trouble with the way Medicare works. Any Medicare provider can submit a claim, and payment is made within 30 days. There is no audit until after the claim is already paid. Billing irregularities may trigger post-paid claim audits. When providers submit claims to Medicare, they are saying the claim is correct and valid. When it's not valid, and Medicare finds out there are several consequences depending on the gravity of the situation. I know Dr. Lawson personally. I'm an RN in the NOLA region. Something happened and I think it's too way too early to judge. She is an amazing person. There has to be more to this story.

It's a result of Social Progress and the consequential moral deficiency.
Our society now applauds and supports criminal behavior while vilifying accountability and law enforcement.
Thus, bad behavior is rewarded while good behavior is punished.
You can see the difference in outcomes in communities which have the different ideologies.
