She may have voted for herself to become District Attorney for Monroe County …just like YOU did. She got into office thanks to VOTERS. More proof that voters take zero accountability and will vote just about anyone in and then will cry about it when the evidence begins to reveal how incredibly stupid the voters are and how truly careless they are. Yet they suddenly care when the one they voted turns out wasn’t vetted very well, if at all. Monroe County could be the next Nazi Germany but that could be said for all of the United States of America now. All that runs for office are control freaks and the ones who support them are all fear mongers and believers. Completely deluded human beings chasing after an illusion of control. And there are SO MANY of them it makes their insanity seem like it’s not abnormal but is so repetitive it is taken as normal and sane.

What a joke, but not to the believers it isn’t a joke but something very very serious and likewise extremely painful, yet the joke is on them!

Officers do have the discretion when it comes what to charge, for example someone who is speeding because there wife giving birth. An officer can use their discretion to not give them a ticket. Now if you say because his discretion was bad in this case the. You can file a complaint but him being immediately fired would set a precedent that other officers would then always default to whatever the law says despite extenuating circumstances in order to make sure they are never fired as well. You need to consider all angles of this and not just punish everyone within the radius otherwise you wind up with unintended consequences.

This woman is MY DA - I live in this county. I am completely appalled at this despicable behavior. I agree she should NOT get away with this. Honestly, I think she should be fired. How can she expect people to follow the law if SHE doesn't even follow it, and expects them to treat her differently because of "who she is". That is a blatant abuse of her position.
