it does, basically everything that binds to DNA in a internal way is carcinogen

Don't worry. Get it washed properly. Don't eat with that finger until it's completely washed off

Why only binded etbr show florence
Why not remaining etbr in the gel show flurosense
I think, before exposing to UV light, the gel is to wash, the unbounded etbr washed away, only bounded etbr shows fluorescence. My guess.
