This was the best video content from both Gregg and Amos! They were both so real. Would love to hear Amos talk more about PTSD and El Salvador. He lived a life most people don't know about & could probably help so many by sharing( if he is inclined ) Both of them are such good facilitators of this type of conversation. Camp fire talks ;)
Absolutely addicted videos for me since the pandemic. It has gifted us so many beautiful things and personalities like Camping, Greg & clans. Much love from Sri Lanka 🇱🇰☺💚
I clicked this not sure what type of content I was interested in watching yet and couldn't turn away! Two very cool human beings interacting over survival like this was a treat tonight.
Thank you for putting this together. This instantly became one of my favorite videos from the Fowler family of content makers, as their raw honesty and unscripted banter is exactly what two friends who have similar shared experiences would talk about while chilling by a campfire. Well done.
The beautiful part of this whole thing is the genuine friendship greg and Amos have developed. These two guys are great. I would love to have a night out by the fire with them. Pick their brains and wnjoy the stories. This is what life is about
This was an amazing insight on how you guys are effected by low food and being alone ! That you for posting Greg!! Great informative video as always Greg! Take care and stay safe my friend!!
Spending time out in the woods has become a kind of therapy for me. God willing, I’ll be able to spend more time doing that. Thank you for sharing this. I’m working through some things, and this encouraged me.
Greg, you have earned the right to tap out, stay the course, or whatever you choose. People need to realize, you guys are flesh and blood, very talented flesh and blood, but humans none the less. Cool story on the fish retrieval Greg. Greg and Amos, you guys have already proven yourself, maybe just some one or two adventures so we can stay in touch, and live your adventures with you. If you can do longer things that don’t stress you out, that’s ok too. I now understand PTSD but from car accidents, got hit again March 30th. T-boned a guy in 1994 at 55 mph, now every time people roll up to stop signs, your mind thinks they are not going to stop. Imagine that happening 1000’s of times a year every time you drive. Now even more edgy that I’ve been hit in the side. Greg and Amos, you guys are a great team, thanks for sharing.
i remember hearing for ptsd memories that usually go into long term storage dont and end up being relived as active memory over and over again. Makes ya think what traumas we have ourselves and how it could even begin to compare against stuff like this.
I surely loved this campfire talk. It's kind of like poetry; it never lies because there is no need or even inclination. Beautiful conversation, and I am grateful for it. Much love to you both.
Greg you rock! We’ve been watching for a long time now and you have the best personality ever. We would watch u read the dictionary mate. Keep being you, it’s your personality that makes your channel so special. So glad you decided to do you tube! Amos u are epic too! Right on guys!!!
Cool vid. Its nice to hear you guys talk about your adventures and hear your stories. Alot of what they showed on tv just looked miserable. You guys both did an awesome job.
Would like to see more of Greg in his element (Rocky Mountains) even if it's just sitting around the campfire cooking. Hope he is okay. Regardless of the lack of uploads recently, I'm a die hard fan of Greg and thankful of anything. I'm not going anywhere.
I really love this! I'm currently suffering from complex trauma (PTSD) and have found this channel to be soothing, peaceful, & full of inspirational survival info! I actually laughed when he wore a green man moss beard! I'll keep watching as it's healing for me!
Good evening from Syracuse NY USA brother and everyone else this is where the rubber meet the road this is why studying first Aid even taking classes and studying survival camping skills
What can be more amusing and interesting then two men sharing their experiences and stories ,sitting near the fire In the middle of the forest all relaxed ❤️
Prayer only works if there is a great Creator [the great Provider] above to hear it... And by these stories heard here it shows those prayers [needs] were heard or answered...
Absolutely amazing viewing, thank you for compiling this video and much love to Greg and Amos for being able to articulate and talk about harsh things they have faced

You certainly went through ordeals on you Alone episodes! My hat is off to you both for your successes! The part of being alone in a survival situation is truely the most difficult part of it all. Strange how the mind works!
Hey brother....hey, I'm 58 close to the next birthday. I've been camping since I was 3. I thought I knew a few things but no! Lol I couldn't do what you guys did. I'd tap out in 3 or 4 days. You guys put your body through a tremendous stress not to mention on the alone adventures. Yea, about 4 days is what I could do unless it was a real survival. Thanks for posting the video. I enjoyed it very much and all the best!
Cheers Greg & Amos for your insights, thoughts and experiences with the shows you were on it was interesting but I have to agree with that doing this type of thing with someone else does make it more enjoyable and you don't feel so alone knowing someone else is there to talk to or back you up in any situation two heads are better than one. Great video Greg take it easy but stay safe mate.
Ģreg you and Amos should get together more often with each other and fin, love your show brother respect always and may god bless you and watch over you both and stay safe and healthy

@@That1E_K1129 Totally agree dude. I grew up with a forest behind our house to spend my summers tramping the woods exploring having a fire fishing and swimming in the river so it makes sense that's where my heart lives.
The book The Body Keeps The Score is a fantastic book about the way our body holds onto trauma. The book The Emotion Code is an amazing book that teaches how to let go of trauma.

Conversations infront of a campfire is were some of our fondest memories were made.

When Greg and Amos are talking by the fire, just look at Finn"s eyes looking back and forth with the wood in his mouth. Priceless.

And Finn makes three all around the campfire. The cool night mountain sitting air around the campfire brings out the life and fish stories.
