Cycling from Ashington to the edge of Alnwick NCN Route 1

A winters cycle ride in Northumberland traveling northwards along National Cycle Route 1 to the Edge of Alnwick. The journey starts at the outskirts of Ashington following busy roads which eventually open out into wide fields, large skies and expansive sea views. Then turns westward towards Alnwick along the Aln Valley railway line.
