Finally, click the continue button and the app will start backing-up your WhatsApp chats to your computer. Mac users are likely to get this error. Hope that helps !
When I run the app on MacOS 12.1 (Monterrey), I get popup error message that says: "iCareFone Transfer Initialization error 1" and an OK button. Any idea why it might be crashing? Thanks.
I don’t mind paying for the one-off 1 month license but it appears to be a monthly subscription. Could you pls clarify as I only need to use the app this one time
Hi, I can totally understand your concern. After buying the one month subscription, you can cancel it anytime within 30 days and you won't be charged again.
They'll remind you before they charge for the second month subscription. To be on safer side, you can email the developer and ask them to cancel your subscription when you think you don't need it anymore. Hope that helps.

I thought it won't work like the other tools, but I was wrong. This worked for me. All the chats got transferred from my Samsung to iphone 12 Pro Max.
