I'm 10 days into covid, and the mucus is so thick that it's hard to cough up. When it does come up, it's so dark and looks like slugs with worms inside, making it hard to breathe. I believe your breathing technique is saving my life. I started from the beginning, and with the side of the ribs, one I had an incredible urge to cough and up came that stuff, in one cough, and I can breathe. I can breathe! Thank you for YOU. 💜

I’ve just been released from the hospital. Covid with pneumonia. I was walking twice a day and doing breathing exercises. After a few days a developed a cough and shortness of breath. It had gotten so bad that could no longer take even one daily walk or take deep breath without feeling pain. Because of Covid I now have asthma. Medication is working but it is not enough. I found your video and started the exercises. I am doing better but I know it will take time. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and well done demonstrations. I will do these exercises everyday faithfully.
@@TheLisajoyce I was sick in August and I was finally able breathe without using medication just before Thanksgiving. Continue taking time out to do these exercises, I still do, and you will see improvement. And keep checking in with your doctor. I pray and wish you well.

Thank you for this wonderful breathing exercises. I have been sick for going on three weeks. Took 3 Covid tested all negative. Tested two days ago positive. The only thing that worries me is my bad cough but I can breath and oxygen levels are good. I will do these throughout the day form sure!
Try steaming your face at least three times a day 3-4 hours apart. I use vinegar or tea tree with peppermint oil. They also have respir air if your not allergic to essential oils. and drinking fennel with honey and lemon. Two cups of decaffeinated green tea as well. It helps a lot.
Currently in quarantine with my husband who has fallen ill to the virus. I will now be better equipped to aid him in breathing exercises thanks to your video.
I currently have covid, and just had a panic attack cause it's hard to breath, and not only did this help me control my breathing but I'm super chill now, I will be doing these the rest of quarantine and post.

This is my first time trying the shoulder lifts and it's already helping me tremendously. I am also post-covid and still get shortness of breath and chest congestion time to time. Hopefully it'll be completely resolved

Get some Ivermectin. You can get off of amazon. Also Monoclonal Antibodies. Call your urgent care and ask if they have the phone number to a clinic near you. It's not widely known yet. How are you now?
I got covid in December of 2021. I fully recovered after 10 days and did not have respiratory issues. A few weeks later I developed shortness of breath that has not gone away for a month. I just did these breathing exercises, and while difficult, I feel much better after. I'm going to try to do these twice a day for a week and see how they work for me. Hey @@tremeisharobinson1258 , I ended up going to a pulmonologist. Turns out I have great lung capacity, don’t have asthma or covid damage to my lungs. It ended up that I was having allergies and poor airflow from my nasal passages which made me feel like I couldn’t get a deep breath, which in turn made me panic which brought it on worse. The problem is all breathing exercises tell you to breathe in through your nose, but when I focus on taking deep belly breaths from my mouth I don’t have issues. It was a huge relief to learn it wasn’t “long covid.”

I think you might start blowing from right to left & the next round is left to right. After a bit of practice, if your lung capacity improves, you can continually move right to left & left to right in one fairly long sweep. Hope this is clear & the exercise helps.
so i was in hospital for 2 weeks, had severe covid pneumonia but had to leave the hopsital due to money and the fact that they couldnt get a catheter back in my arm,for the antibiotics, 2 days before they had told me i MIGHT be able to leave. i signed a waiver and left to try to recover at home. i have a problem with deep breaths, it hurts. Juutnow I i tried your abdominal breathing, pushing the stomach out, and i nearly fainted, it felt like a dull pain went over my entire body. i think the bottom s of my lungs are just completely destroyed. I think this indicates i need to persist and keep doing this. I have been having regular coughing fits daily, about twice a day, where i bring up clean clear phlegm. they last about 1 to 2 minutes and it feels like its comnig from deep down in the lungs. I feel as if i might be getting worse. LAst week i was able to move around downstairs in teh humidity, but this week, i go downstairs and have to come back to my bedroom with the aircon on. its like the air is too thin out there and doesnt have enough oxygen for my failing lungs. IM quite terrrified that its just going to get proggressivley worse and worse. thanks for your video,, it has some different techniques that i havent seen yet and gives me some hope!!!
@@Jas-qm4cg many improvements, all thanks to this video actually. i persisted with what she was promiting, the movement of the arms at the same time, and all of a sudden I felt a great big pain, like i had finaly broken something crusty apart, it hurt but after that, I realised I could breathe in a much deeper breath, phsically, more air entering the lungs. For me this particular videos advice has been the second biggest breakthrough in my recovery. Now i realised Covid has given me some heart issues however. I actauly had to leave hospital, they didnt kick me out, they simply couldnt provide health care, they couldn't get a needle in to me and then forgot about me, so i signed a waiver freeing them of any wrongdoing and left. see they dont let anyone blame them here, they lock you in the hospital room, and if u cant afford to pay, they make u sign a waiver that thye didnt do anythign wrong. In poor countries, hospitals are not here to help ppl, there here to fill up some guys back pocket.

Had tested neg for covid but had breathing issues and sinus issues for months, now today I tested positive for covid.. have asthma because of the covid I guess. Same shortness of breath issues as everyone else. Inhaler helps but some days I feel like I need to abuse it. I am going to try this. My biggest problem is that I can't really breath through my nose as my sinus's are plugged.. so I'm hoping to do this with my mouth for now.
Try hand reflexology for sinus congestion it works (with practice). or you add drops of Eucalyptus and Cypress tree oils in hot water bowl and breathe in . However DO NOT add to bath water. All this has worked for me ...

Hello ma'm i was covid positive on 20 April . Now I have lot of breathing problem...I had 20 days steroid sometimes 32 mg nd sometimes 16 mg ..coj my oxygen level was very down 60 but thanks to God 🙏 now I am ok ....can I do these all exercise for my breathing problem..please reply

Hello ma'm i was covid positive on 20 April . Now I have lot of breathing problem...I had 20 days steroid sometimes 32 mg nd sometimes 16 mg ..coj my oxygen level was very down 60 but thanks to God 🙏 now I am ok ....can I do these all exercise for my breathing problem..please reply
