I'm from the Mediterranean but love different ethnic foods. I enjoy African dishes but my wife can't handle the pepper. I think this would be amazing with rice and fried plantain.
I tried it and it was delicious! Though I felt like I wasn’t doing it 100% correct. So this is what happened: In the bottom of the pot, after I cooked the meat for 40 minutes, there was “black” almost Burned stock so I had to add some water to collect the stock. What did I do wrong? Also, I forgot to ask, how many deciliters of Oil are you using for frying? How many gloves of garlic?
@@ashaskitchen9835 Thank you very much! I will try it on a lower heat next time. 🙏🏻 You’re right, practice makes perfect and I’m definitely making this again! It’s absolutely gorgeous. Another question - Did you use 2 normal Maggi cubes and 1 shrimp?
@@ashaskitchen9835 Pardon I found it in my own language and it’s what we normally call ‘Osso Buco’. Thank you very much though! 🙏🏻 Can’t wait to try this recipe at home.

@@ashaskitchen9835 Ok thanks for your response. Another question: What kind of beef did you use? Like what cut is it? Tail? Shoulder?
@@ashaskitchen9835 i don’t find anything in specific when searching for Heels with bones. Hmm.. Is it called something else maybe?
