Every time it said she evaporated in an explosion I pictured that scene from the original Spider-Man where Green Goblin throws a bomb at his coworkers and they just poof into skeletons 😂
This game is simultaneously wholesome and adorable, while also being very dark and saddening- Olivia is a very sweet kind hearted person, who suffers a lot due to her immortality-
Oh dang, Manly got lucky with the box explosion. It's random and the game only gets the true ending after getting all gameovers. I thought I was doing something wrong xD I'd played the game for 30 minutes only finding those 3 items before the box finally exploded xD
_Two bears returns_ I remember the Good Job game and how this fits as prequel. It makes both of these games even sadder. I liked the use of KI55 as kiss too. A good job.
RPGMaker is the best, most SOVLfull engine ever made. The most hype moments, the most tear jerking scenes, the mkst creative use of proverbial sticks and stones that blows too many AAA games out of the water these days. Truly, the Age of Gold has come and gone, never to return.

I went back after reaching the ending and watched good job.... Man does this make the ending all the more melancholy. Just when you think Olivia has suffered enough...

So i'm still really curious as to what happened to Olivia in real life cause at the end of Good Idea!, Olivia (in real life) is still alive. At the end of Good Job!, Olivia's AI mentioned that Ellen (her lover) killed her. I wonder what went wrong cause in this prequel, it looked like they were still in good terms :(
i understood it not as Ellen the human killing Olivia, but Ellen the AI killing her - and then Ellen the human put Ellen the AI into the simulation, together with Olivia the AI, and due to some issues with Ellen AI she forgot that it had ever happened
I got onto TH-cam and saw manly had uploaded and then I saw it was a prequel to good job which I really liked and I just looked at it and I just said out loud one word “Heh?”

Im going take a rpg maker dev guess and say the object put into the box probably 50/50 chance depending on life or death and depending on the objects; maybe put of the 3some has better odds of progress or death

Hm, based on this revelation paired with the true ending of the first game, I think that "accident" was intentional and that this latest iteration of Ai went on to inhabit the olivia android. Potentially, the rouge Ai may have had a hand in messing with the girlfriend from the first game.
manly you need to find more horror RPGs games to play😭 they are so good years ago when I watch your old vids they were made like wild fire now RPGs games seems sparse.
Honestly Good Idea was depressing, and seeing the prequel, and how Olivia gave up on them in the first one, Good Job and Good Idea actually makes me feel sad :( But like One of the many not downfalls is Manly playing these games 👍
So im guessing Olivia the real Olivia was killed im front of her lovers ai as in her first death. After that she assumed her Ai version in which she was kept with by her assistant was the real one. She then thought she was in a time loop and was angry they lived the same day as if nothing she did mattered. But in fact was kept with her opposite ai because her assistant thought they should stay together forever sense the real versions would have wanted to be that way. In a way you could say she found immortality with her lover. At the cost of her real body...
I'm happy to see more content about this game, it was simple but unique and I still tought of it from time to time because I really enjoyed the concept
I'd just feed it a strain of my hair I have near endless supply of those and it can be repeat for a lot longer than I have strength of opening door (I only seen first 1 min so I just write my own precaution measure)

Olivia's sprite design reminds me a lot of Charlotte from the Hello Charlotte series.
I know! When I saw this I think of Hello Charlotte and grimace as I haven’t played/watched Chapter 3 yet.
To me It reminds of Iowa from KC without the star shaped pupils.
I almost thought this was another addition to the *Hello Charlotte* series until I looked at the title

In this context "KI" most propably means "Künstliche Intelligenz", the german translation for "Artificial Intelligence"
