What effect do you anticipate the 380 bypass construction to have on the growth/value characteristics of Princeton? We bought 5 acres up here in 2020 which was supposed to be ~1/2 mile from the bypass, but after a developmental realignment is now about 100 feet from the bypass route just north of 1377. Our 5 acre neighbor to the west as well as the 10 acre property to our south will be involved in eminent domain. Do you expect for the area 'outside' the bypass to grow more rapidly once the bypass opens?
