Hello, all faction quests, well, or almost all.
I'm having an issue with the final chest if you can help. I'm on When Plans Align quest towards the end of the game but the stairs are still covered in rubble. I've done what faction quests are in the area but it's still blocked
Take a necromancer with you, try to go to another location and come back (refresh the level), maybe there will be more faction quests..
