In this video, I try Popeye's Sweet and Spicy Wings from two different locations! One location is in the affluent community known as THE WOODLANDS and the other is in a more inner city location called, GREENSPOINT, and is known for having criminal activity, aka, THE HOOD. In this video, I test the theory that fast food chains serve better food in The Hood.
