Thank you for being honest about the challenge of showing up to invest in your health even when you don’t feel like it! (And great job pushing through ❤)
Thanks for being real. Life is a struggle. Kudos for keeping efforts to break addictions. My dad was an alcoholic. He never won that battle. That's awesome that you did! I beat that one, but my coping addiction is being a workaholic (and sometimes sugar, too). I love to dance, and exercise is helping my fight to be healthy. Watching your videos and the positive messaging is very encouraging. Thank you!
Nick, there is never a time that I click on a video of yours that I do not smile. Your personality is so amazing it's infectious. You spread joy with every video. I so related to your quest to get healthier. Unlike you, I am way past the 40 year old mark and trying to get into my best shape before I hit 60. Let's do this together. Everything actually comes down to sugar. I wasn't surprised at all that you put down alcohol for sugar because alcohol turns to sugar in the body. It is a very natural response that you would just crave the sugar now. You can break it. Each time your body screams for sugar, eat a piece of fruit instead. It will slowly ease the craving away. You got this! I smiled also when you said you were from Croatia. I was stationed on the border there during the Bosian war. Beautiful people all around there. You remind me of their beautiful spirits. Keep inspiring my brother. You are amazing!❤❤❤
OMG this WHOLE comment made me smile. Gosh what a beautiful thing to read. I'm so down to get healthy with you! Let's make 40 and 60 the new 20 and 40!
I'm 13 months away from 80. It' a bit too much to expect I'll be in the best shape of my life by the time I get there, but I'm actually doing pretty well. Anyway, I feel the same way about your videos, Nick: every time I watch one I smile. Here's to staying healthy and active no matter what stage of life we're in.

Oh Nick, research will tell you anything My 40s were so amazing, full of so much life. My 50s even better. Im in my 60s now and its definitely a different decade, most of it even better than my 40s and 50s. Gratitude that Ive made it this far and a lot of contentment which sounds so naff when youre younger but is actually so magical..
Thanks for the positivity and for sharing your journey 🤗 I will be 45 on the 4th and yeah it's a journey for sure! Happy early birthday 🥳 Keep looking up and love the dancing ❤💕 🤗 You keep the smiles coming!😊🌻
I 1OO% think your target to not hit the low in your 40's is the best way to counteract midlife crisis ! I am 51 and up until my 40's I was so in love with the world full of optimism and adventurous . In my 40's I felt empty and nothing was exciting anymore . I couldn't understand myself why I felt so low but it felt like the little girl in me had walked away . I love life now and appreciate everyday and I think what you're doing by sharing your honesty , highs and lows is the truth we need to see more of , not the fake social media perfect life projections . I think we maybe moving back into a more real humanity less fake , less plastic and hopefully kinder. A new era is forming because even era's has a shelf life . We need to celebrate people who spread light and joy and honesty and you are one ! Keep doing what you're doing ! P.s You need more shoes 🤣👍🕺👞👞👞👞👞👞 Love and light to you and your family , God bless 🙏
It's so nice to get to know you and your authentic path to an amazing life. Make sure your getting enough good protein. I found that helps lower sugar/carb cravings. Also, when in the midst of the pattern, do it with FULL awareness. Zero distractions. It will clear the blocked energetics that created the addiction
Bless you, young man. Nick, your testimony is powerful! The point is even when slip up, you don't give up. You will beat sugar just like you beat alcohol, with God's help!❤
I think your personality is amazing. I absolutely love your dance moves. You are a strong willed person. The way you dance all of your moves and to top it off you can dance with anyone. Once you get those moves down there is no stopping you. All of that with a big beautiful smile. You are so right you only have to succeed on a goal once that lets you know that you are capable of starting and completing a goal or task. Don’t look at the stairs ahead just take them on one at a time before you know you have completed the stair case. Take it a day at a time no sugar, if you slip up start again. You got this too. Best wishes
Hi Nick, new follower here, I love your videos! It’s so nice to see people who have a platform on the news use social media for positivity and light, but also give us a glimpse into their real day to day lives. Shows us that we are all very alike with successes and failures. Splenda and intermittent fasting help me with sugar binges! Then when you have the occasional treat it’s not so bad. I don’t drink my calories in sugar anymore either, diet or zero sugar soda only. Hope this helps your sugar issue, keep dancing, you’ve inspired a 30 year old mom of two to get in shape again by dancing! ❤
You are so genuine and resonate authenticity. I can relate to the slippery slopes in life, but keep on keeping on! You are the real deal and your eyes are the window to your soul. - Good vibes from Wisconsin....
Stumbled across your channel by getting into Prinz highs and lows and you popped up. Loving your journey! Keep moving forward, sugar gets us all my friend!!
6:55 My life bottomed out in my mid 30’s. I’d gone through a bad divorce and was really feeling negative about myself and the future. At 38 I finally started therapy to work through all the issues I tried to convince myself didn’t exist. When I turned 40 (I’m 43 now) I finally started like me and feel positive about things. I become more confident, I started believing that I could be the person I wanted to be and I that I could love and be loved again. Now I’m working towards my goals and I let go of the idea of who I thought I was supposed to be and I’m finally happy where I am in life. It’s never too late to make the changes to improve your own life. Every day is another chance.
Fantastic and you kept that fire burning in your soul for health/sobriety! I’ve been excercising and completely changed what I eat daily now because I realized I was coming on my 40 and about to be a ticking bomb of health issues. So far my progression on my auto immune disease slowed down some. ✌🏽recent lost my husband who was 43.. I’ve not thought to pick up a bottle during the last months. Watching your videos has helped weekly
told myself i wanted to be in the best shape of my life when i hit 40 also. i’m 35 already and lost 145 pounds. being healthy is the best choice anybody can make. i don’t even know who you are, i just ran into this video and just hearing what you said made me feel like i understand you. love the attitude🤘
You are a great man, Nick. What you consider your lack of motivation for yourself motivated me. I’m addicted to sugar as well. You gave me the ambition to try to eliminate it from my diet. Thank you.
sugar is the hardest - it could be that those of us with sugar addictions are a little overly, emotionally sensitive- we want and need the sweet side of loving kindness. We crave open heartedness yet its that openness that can crush us. - and knowing, hearing, YOUR experience is beyond helpful -and Nick it's your tenacity that you may rely on, your tenacious spirit will see you through. Once we kick sugar, I'll be there will be yet another little demon that we will seek to eliminate. You are giving by nature, so just take IN all the love and sweet hearted vibes we send you, we want you to feel, well at least I want you to feel just a little of the joy you've given me!
@@OfficialNickKosir Oh, you‘ve never been? Now you need to come haha. I live in Vienna and visit Croatia every summer. Nothing beats Croatia‘s beauty🤙🏻
thank you for your honesty. Take it one day at a time regarding the sweets and drinking. My husband has been an alcoholic now for 22 years and has been sober for 20 years. You can do it Nick.
I did a detox/cleanse a few years ago. Completely took away my sugar cravings. For six weeks I did No: beef, pork, dairy, beans, sugar, carbs, or processed foods. So what was left to eat: fruits, veggies, organic chicken, almonds, pecans, water, sweet potatoes and potatoes. You can do this for four weeks and still have the same sugar cravings reduction. Inflammation in my body was gone. Skin cleared up. Felt 25 years old again!
Wow! That’s a lot to give up at one time! I don’t think I could handle that. Although I need to do something. I also have an addiction to sweets and am feeling the poor health effects more and more as I age. Longevity doesn’t run in my family so honestly, I didn’t think I’d even be around by this age so I didn’t worry about the long term effects of sugar. But I guess I’m hanging around for longer than expected so I better do something to enjoy my time and not have such body aches every day. Did you take any vitamins or herbal supplements to help you through your detox? And have you added back into your diet any of the foods you cut out during your detox? I’d love some tips if you have any more to share. 😇
The drip is not ON you it is IN you. Truer words have never been spoken! Sugar is hard. My 40th was on Oct 4th . And I just kicked sugar myself. Your story is so specifically familiar to me it's crazy. Intermittent fasting helped me , coffee was the hardest and after a week it started tasting different(good) without sugar in my diet. Keep strong and when it's gone for like 5 days it's like nothing.
I just subscribed. I've been watching your short clips for a while and really like your attitude. It's down to earth and also dancing on air. You always look so happy and you make me smile 🤗. I too had an Oreo addiction and replaced it with Nutella lol.
Wow, your shoes are beautiful. More than 30 years ago (I’m old) I was married for a few years to a man who somehow accumulated 45 pairs of shoes. So maybe your addiction isn’t that bad yet! I actually do like the nice shoes in your videos - they make a great look. I enjoy your channel. It’s so fun. I can also say that even if you fear aging if you keep moving, the 40s are a great decade and so are the 50s. Enjoy!
Remember it’s a mind game, so you can have sugar but you CHOOSE healthier options that are Sweet! I notice when I have grilled chicken, it stops my sugar cravings, so maybe protein is one tip… and I keep manuka honey around which is actually very healthy for you, and very dark chocolate ( 70+ cocoa)…. Otherwise like one of your other comments, when you get to the point where you can take or leave sugar, moderation is key. Thanks for being an inspiration to all those around you. You are not only talented and gifted, you are doing God’s work. God bless You!!! ❤❤❤
Thanks for your honestly! Because of my health, I have up sugar, substitutes, dairy and corn! That includes bread. Yes it's tough and slips happen. Just gotta keep trying! You're awesome!
🤣 I bought a shoe rack over 5' tall, bc my honey & I have to share the closet in the house we just bought. I had joked about it not being big enough, but I felt pretty proud of myself when I got it all assembled, & put the pairs in with great care. I stepped back to take a look & marvel at my handiwork... And out of the corner of my eye, I saw the huge plastic tote sitting there -- filled with shoes.🤦🏼♀️ Off the top of my head, I believe I have 36 pair... After giving some away & throwing some away!
Dang, you are so honest! I feel ya! Entering my 60's in the best shape of my life...definitely the u shape comes up!!! Sugar...it's just as addictive as alcohol, so glad youre being real. I'm convinced it's not the mass following..it's your family who benefits from your convictions!
Love your shoe collection. You’re in great shape, keep doing what you love and what keeps you in shape. As far as the sugar cravings, eat fruit instead of sweets. Don’t know if you pray, God will give you the strength to overcome your battles. I look forward to your videos/vlogs. Keep the Faith. Peace and Blessings- Your Motor City Fan ❤
Hi Nick, I'm new here to your awesome movational uplifting channel. YOU ROCK!!! Watching your content is very inspirational and a Blessing to many of us who need that extra push to make it through the day with a SMILE 😃 Peace and Blessings to you always!
Thank you so much for this!! I was always fit until I had health issues which caused me to gain weight when I turned 52. Most people actually thought I was in my early, to mid 30's. Also . . . I was never much of a drinker, but addiction runs in my family, so I decided to quit completely several years ago. I also didn't like unhealthy food, but depression over my health caused me to start to eat things I knew were bad for me; like fast food and sweets. I decided to compare each unhealthy habit to something I know I should not do. Each time I almost stop for fast food or buy something with lots of sugar, I think of something I know I absolutely should not do, and add whatever unhealthy thing I am about to do to that list. It's been really tough to get back into my fitness routine, but I finally started (again) just a week ago. I keep looking for excuses not to do it, and trying to validate them, but I am pushing myself. Now I am more determined than ever, so I think of something I absolutely have to do and put my fitness routine onto that list. I think I will send this to myself to watch periodically for extra motivation. Thank you, again, Nick!!
@@OfficialNickKosir The last two days have been rough. I almost didn't exercise both days. Instead of my usual method, I thought of this video, and I asked myself "WWND??" Yup. What Would Nick Do?? There are some pretty decent dessert recipes that are low carb /keto. I've noticed that loading up on probiotics takes away the binge cravings. I've been sober for 15 months now, and i also binge on sugar. #1 coke slushies, possibly with 2 donuts.😢 It's a struggle!
@OfficialNickKosir well that's nice 🙂 😌 ☺️. He'll see you through. You also, as a christian, have to follow his word. I had to ☺ when you said your birthday is October 7th. Mine is October 8th but I'm old enough to be your grandmother! I am also addicted to sugar...Ores Double Stuff!!! ❤you just make my heart hapoy. My boyss caught me smiling and laughing watching this and now are watching yiur videos in the other room. Probably planning hiw we are all going to dance and quit sugar together. Thank you and I hope you get all the blessings you want in your 40's! I just hit my 30th year clean so congratulations on your 6 years!🎉
ayyyye this comment made me smile and laugh. Tell your boys I say hi!
I am about to but you may be starting something you can only dance your way out of. They have been known to melt hearts with simple smiles. Ask Batman...I will try to find a way to share my trying to teach them how to do the Michael Jackson moves when they were two and three ...#webigmamasdance2! Excuse typos 👀lol
I'm really enjoying your new videos, keep it up! Awesome shoe collection btw and always enjoy your humor you add in the videos. Have a great Labor Day weekend!
Gosh I love this comment! Thank you!
Thanks for sharing and the inspiration to do/be better!!!!

@@OfficialNickKosir You're welcome!
Oh Nick, research will tell you anything My 40s were so amazing, full of so much life. My 50s even better. Im in my 60s now and its definitely a different decade, most of it even better than my 40s and 50s. Gratitude that Ive made it this far and a lot of contentment which sounds so naff when youre younger but is actually so magical..
what a positive outlook on life! I'm glad to hear it keeps getting better for you and I hope I can achieve the same! You rock!
@@OfficialNickKosir That made my week, thank you!
Thanks for the positivity and for sharing your journey 🤗 I will be 45 on the 4th and yeah it's a journey for sure! Happy early birthday 🥳 Keep looking up and love the dancing ❤💕 🤗 You keep the smiles coming!😊🌻
Thank and happy early birthday 🎉
P.s You need more shoes 🤣👍🕺👞👞👞👞👞👞
Love and light to you and your family , God bless 🙏
Yes! I hope we're heading into less fake and kinder era too! And I agree... a couple more pairs of shoes couldn't hurt hahah
Great video Nick!
Lovin’ ur dance moves, shoes, suits…. all the drip! Keep 🆙 the good work ‼️

Keep doing what you are doing. You bring us such joy and you make all of us smile. We're proud of you. Keep on dancing too....
Good protein. on it!
Nick, I love your dance style. You are so fun to watch. Thanks for being so real about regular human problems. Makes you even more like-able.
Best wishes
"Don’t look at the stairs ahead just take them on one at a time" YESSSS I'm going to take this advice! 🙏
I'm so happy you decided to follow! I'm honored to have you. I do love a good intermittent fast! I'll have to get back on that as well. You rock!
You are so genuine and resonate authenticity. I can relate to the slippery slopes in life, but keep on keeping on! You are the real deal and your eyes are the window to your soul. - Good vibes from Wisconsin....
awww what an unbelievably kind comment! Thank you so much. Sending good vibes back from NY
Stumbled across your channel by getting into Prinz highs and lows and you popped up. Loving your journey! Keep moving forward, sugar gets us all my friend!!
will do my best keep moving in the right direction. Thanks for the support!
Oh hey family! You popped up on my feed . I hope you all are in great health and keep striving for success 🙌
Thanks for watching! you rock
You’re doing good, better than I. That you inspire others should be great reinforcement.
Hang in there you will overcome this and make sure you surround yourself with the people that support what you do .:) 100%%
Yessss. Thank you!
Yes! every day IS another chance... and a gift! Great perspective
I love monk strap shoes, so I appreciate seeing more guys wear them! They're a great fashion choice.
Right?! They’re so cool looking plus you don’t have to tie them
He's funny, handsome, an inspiration! I love this man! ❤❤❤. Only with his smile he make me happy!
Talk about discipline, you are on the right track Nick. Love your dancing videos.
Watching your videos has helped weekly
love the green loafers! You always look amazing Nick.
Your an amazing person, love your dance videos so much, keep it up, Weatherman Drip.

told myself i wanted to be in the best shape of my life when i hit 40 also. i’m 35 already and lost 145 pounds. being healthy is the best choice anybody can make. i don’t even know who you are, i just ran into this video and just hearing what you said made me feel like i understand you. love the attitude🤘
YOU LOST 145 POUNDS! RESPECT!!!!
@@OfficialNickKosir thank you sir! trying to be better every day😊
Prayers to holding yourself accountable. You can do it.
Thank you for the encouragement!
You are a great man, Nick. What you consider your lack of motivation for yourself motivated me. I’m addicted to sugar as well. You gave me the ambition to try to eliminate it from my diet. Thank you.
yaaaayyyy let's do it together!
sugar is the hardest - it could be that those of us with sugar addictions are a little overly, emotionally sensitive- we want and need the sweet side of loving kindness.
Fellow Croatian here. Keep going strong! You got this!💪🏻
ayyyyye! I want to visit Croatia so bad one day!
@@OfficialNickKosir Oh, you‘ve never been? Now you need to come haha. I live in Vienna and visit Croatia every summer. Nothing beats Croatia‘s beauty🤙🏻
Man ! Thanks for a fantastic example of discipline and perseverance and yah that’s what make the outcomes sweet !
Nick, you're a great dancer. 👍
flatteredddddd 🙏
thank you for your honesty. Take it one day at a time regarding the sweets and drinking. My husband has been an alcoholic now for 22 years and has been sober for 20 years. You can do it Nick.
Wow congrats to your husband! Huge accomplishment!
@officialnickkosir hey Nick, good for you too. Any tips on what is working for you, you want to share? 😊
Haha... oh man don't even get me started on Nutella. It's tooo good!
Enjoy!
Thank you for the encouragement!
Ohhhh I haven't heard of Manuka honey yet... I'll look into getting some of that. Thank you!
36 pair is a solid number. Respect haha

Too kind!
I love your honesty! You can beat that sugar, no doubt!! Stay blessed!
Thank you so much for the kind words!
No thank YOU for the extra motivation 😊🙏
@@OfficialNickKosir The last two days have been rough. I almost didn't exercise both days. Instead of my usual method, I thought of this video, and I asked myself "WWND??" Yup. What Would Nick Do?? There are some pretty decent dessert recipes that are low carb /keto. I've noticed that loading up on probiotics takes away the binge cravings.

@OfficialNickKosir well that's nice 🙂 😌 ☺️. He'll see you through. You also, as a christian, have to follow his word.
