Ive bin at this for 8 years since i got a 2001 s500 froma the philly auto action. On the low , and was stock putting daddys mustang and 392’s in the rearveiw with no problems “ @i95 rt 70 , pully freeway. Ive had no real backing or information on how to upgrade or work on these cars i grew up small block chevy and ford my hole like . So of course no one would ride with me or want to see me in the light. ( but mad when they get rolled out on ) . Look i got a veiw videos i made im jot anyone “ i just like my toys and i can rebuild these motors with my eys closed now . Ive backyard engineered , my hole ride its close to 400 with long tube headers and still N/A . Thanks for doing this cause no one is really giving up info for this any benz specialist i talk to acts like a conversation coast money like a lawyer visit. So i gave up on you tube cause you only got aussie benz videos or some german Russian but nothing like this . They skip the basics and only talk some English and only show the wow factor. i love how relaxed you are about all this; i bought c55 (a little wagon) years ago, my first amg, which has languished given i since bought m113k cars and modified them. so i have all the donor parts needed, am about to start and will use spare upd 74 fixed upper pulley with vrp 92tb/billet snout. the car already has kleemann headers

Great vid! Do you need a fixed pully on the sc and delete the clutch pully? And what about injector size and fuel pressure? Up to 550cc injectors and change out the fuel pump? This will help me get my build right :)

Can this conversion be done an the ML W163? If so, will the donor ECU plug and play or does the ignition switch and the key and all that have to be messed with? Thanks!
I’m looking to do that to my CL500 here in the UK but I have the Oil cooler version and it seems like a lot of work, and not many know about it here and told me that the engine internals couldn’t take it without being rebuilt. Shame you’re not over here to do it for me🤣

My e55 does not wanna idle correctly, sounds like it had a cam. Not sure what’s the matter. I cleaned the injectors, swapped the coil packs, cleaned the spark plug, fixed the cam position sensor… 02 sensor replaced. Can’t think of anything.
I have a 2008 SLK 55 AMG. I wonder about fitment/hood clearance? It's a very tight engine bay. Also, can the seven speed transmission handle the torque? My understanding is that Mercedes used the old five speed in the m113k cars (SL 55 AMG) because the new, at the time, seven speed couldn't handle the torque. Will I do all the work to install the s/c and then grenade the tranny? I love my SLK but question if i should just buy a 2008 SL 55 AMG🤷🏼♂️ I'd love any feedback, thanks for such a great video!!!

Have you ever used anything like an AEM FIC-8 to fine tune? The compression scares me a bit. Does the m113k engine computer do a good job at keeping the Air Fuel happy with the higher compression? Have you logged A/F on the dyno or track? Thanks for the video. Epic. Tired of the priests telling me to buy an AMG whenever I ask about SC/Turbo aftermarket forced induction.
The compression is person no reason to be scared and the m113k ecu manage the AFR PERFECT AND I HAVEN’T USED A PIGGY BACK I have videos of my AFR on long pulls

Watched 4 times today to just download the info in to my brain . 🧠 the crazy thing is . Ive asked 40 people that work or have a job in the feild of Mercedes and they act like this is ROCKET SCIENCE “ ive bin wanting to do my benz up for 8 years coming i garage it soup it road it for anout 2 years and then rebuild it - its 01 s500 gutted weight loss coil overs interior in bags put away wheel wells panned and stretched race seats gages - cut hood with a custom ram air forced intakes . The m113 n/a is still a beast and a great structure to get for the low and get good parts to start on afirst time project. Any benz in the 5 category is potentially a 90,000 dollar car at some point in its life it had the best you can buy for the age and time . Remember who made dodge who they are today folks “ The new age bought and paid for American muscle favorite is the platform for all three of dodges top sellers “ the charger the challenger and the 300 crysler . Same rears same hole rear assembly basically and the front , the 722.6 is the same in a track hawk in there earlier years . I want to see somone put the hellcat supercharger on the m113 . The only thing thats really not a benz is the HEMI . The benz will come with stock brembo brakes all the way around youll need to lock the diff or get a srt rear and put that in . Or youll have to deal with trck control and one wheel peals . But look you a V8 aluminum block and heads -5.0 liter that already has 300 hp before you stap anything on it . The m113 weighs close to 130 pounds less than a fully dressed hemi or a ls dressed as well. With just getting rid of the hydro shocks going coil over and taking out all the lines line blocks and pumps everything the cooler the hole system of the suspension is almost 200 pounds of weight reduction that another body in the car . Get rid of the front seats and get two nice light weight race seats “ and thats another body you dropped off on your way to get money . 💰 - bothe fromt seats together are close to 200 more pounds so were closing in on 500pound weight loss from the rip , the charger /challenger / camaro/ mustang all come in at 4,000 curb or better , doing s full ill say #1 stage weight reduction on “all” your unwanteds and dont needs on a car is hole shot everytime . Just stuff you can take of or get rid of - put away in storage . Im down to 3400 in a S CLASS BENZ POWER WINDOWS STILL IN DOUBLE PAIN GLASS . No heat no air sorry this is for joy ride only . Found some headers on line to a e55 or slk something, and ( it does work with the s500 !!!! ) you do have to do some cutting to the front suspension bracket just for about 1-1/4 inch of the lower tube from the headers can clear and have room to play when engine is in drive it needs to flex from torque!!! Is the transmission in the e500 sport the same as the e55 amg? I am worried about the car being able to handle the power from the new SC to the transmission and drivetrain/differential

HelloI need help with something. I installed a cl55 supercharger on my cl500 vehicle. The vehicle runs fine, but the only problem is that when I accelerate at full throttle, the vehicle cuts off the gas as if it is stuck, slows down as if it is stuck on something, and then suddenly accelerates. It seems like it cuts off the gas for 1-2 seconds. I used Cl55 manifold, throttle bodies, plumbing and ecu.

You were mensioning idlers multiple times, but that holder is the tensioner :). You forgot to mention that you still need the plumbing, and i suppose move the oil cooler to the front of the engine like the 55s have (or is it not required?).
@@bloodmotorsports is there a reason to run an oil cooler in general, then? I suppose that it isnt in colder climates. By the way, you can install an oil pressure gauge on the port on the front of the engine, which is only used by the S500 with ZAS (Cylinder bank deactivation). TMYK

what to do as far as ecu coding i just got the supercharger and harness didnt get ecu yet...but the coding is my only snag as far as i kno i think i can with my scan tool...i have a nice mk808 autel and can enter the ecu data...is that all i need to do?? o and i have a 04 s500 and i want a highway demon that can cruise in comfort and also any info on e85?

Ofcourse it will hold up, just don't go more than 6 psi and it will hold 500k miles. The 4.3 5.0 5.4 m113 all have much higher compression ratio, headgaskets pistons conrods bearings, it will all come out the side of your engine block if you go high boost.
I have a 2002 e430 awd(4matic) its got the 5 speed automatic with gotronic? got it with 38k on it a year ago. It has 47k on it rn. Im interested in doing this. But do u have to run e85? I cant get that round here.(or would be an inconvenience to do so. Drive 45 min to get gas. ) what would you suggest?

I took my intake a part to do a repair and have to take the plastic piece off that connects to the throttle body and can't figure out how to put it back on
And the N/A engines take boost no problem? I thought there were internal upgrades on the factory 55 supercharged engines??

HelloI need help with something. I installed a cl55 supercharger on my cl500 vehicle. The vehicle runs fine, but the only problem is that when I accelerate at full throttle, the vehicle cuts off the gas as if it is stuck, slows down as if it is stuck on something, and then suddenly accelerates. It seems like it cuts off the gas for 1-2 seconds. I used Cl55 manifold, throttle bodies, plumbing and ecu.

I have an M113k, but it’s bad, I want to make such a swap and buy a regular 113, how difficult is it to reflash the brain so that all the electronics work correctly? I have CLS 55
You were mensioning idlers multiple times, but that holder is the tensioner :). You forgot to mention that you still need the plumbing, and i suppose move the oil cooler to the front of the engine like the 55s have (or is it not required?).
that oil cooler is not needed and the ic coolant will be in the next video

By the way, you can install an oil pressure gauge on the port on the front of the engine, which is only used by the S500 with ZAS (Cylinder bank deactivation). TMYK

whatabout the internals of the 4.3? Do they hold up?
Ofcourse it will hold up, just don't go more than 6 psi and it will hold 500k miles. The 4.3 5.0 5.4 m113 all have much higher compression ratio, headgaskets pistons conrods bearings, it will all come out the side of your engine block if you go high boost.
