    Bromell may have suffered the most amount of devastating injuries of any sprinter
    I'm pretty sure he broke both of his knees as a kid as well

      the fact that he managed to pull out some incrdible chronos after suffering multiple injuries indicates how hard he works and how strong he is mentally

    IM DEALING WITH PAIN IN ALL OF THESE LOCATIONS AT ONCE WHAT ARE THE ODDS I STUMBLE ON THIS.
    Either god is real or the universe knew i needed this.
    Im 5"7 running 11.01 for my third 100m ever with no lift training and am tearing my body apart due to weakness. This really helped show exactly where is hurting so now I can get therapy for it all!! Thank you so much

    Is there a way you can make a separate video about football, European football, and as well as the most important phycological part of the brain needed for sport, I don't know, just an idea. However, I would like if you did European football analysis as well, if you enjoy and watch it and that you want to make a separate series on it.

    Really interesting video. I'm wondering what is the best thing to train and improve strength and flexibility in your achilles?

    • @Leonidas-eu9bb
      @Leonidas-eu9bb หลายเดือนก่อน

      LOL. A tendon is rather strong/stiff or soft. You probably mean developing high level of elastic strength in the achilles/calf region.
      The answer is probably train with moderate to high intensity, and moderate to high frequency (high volume) and don't get injured!
      Elastic strength is best develped with frequent stimuli! ~3-5x week

      20-30 seconds it depends on the workout. Not everything is concrete

    Are tendons like muscles in the way that you can train them and get stronger?

    • @gur262
      @gur262 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Kinda. To a degree. There's papers on it. But basically just lift heavy.

    • @Hensley_Jb
      @Hensley_Jb หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@gur262not not just lift heavy…

    • @Hensley_Jb
      @Hensley_Jb หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes tendons can strengthen with plyometric and isometric holds. They are arguably more important than muscles in many ways. In my youth I made the mistake of just lifting heavy and created imbalances causing tendon tears

    • @Leonidas-eu9bb
      @Leonidas-eu9bb หลายเดือนก่อน

      Bolt biggest skill was to train hard and smart to stay injury free.
      Yes he had minor problems. But at the times when it counts he was in phenomenal shape. His tapering strategy was unique!
