Captain underpants was a great book turned into a movie, I can’t wait for the dog man movie, I also want elmer the colorful elephant to get a movie, and Pete the cat should get a movie
Amazing no way! To be honest I've always wanted a Animated Elmer the Elephant Movie to become a thing probably not Live Action to be nothing like the awful Live Action Lion King Remake? and if Elmer ever gets the greenlit for a animated movie in the future? Who knows?

This is one of those films that gets brought up and I’m like “oh yeah this film exists” and I go about my day forgetting it exists. Like, I know it exists when it’s brought up the second someone stops talking about it I forgot it
We need a Caillou movie called: Caillou and the Multiverse. Then they need to have Elmo come in vs Kermit. And then the big bad is No, David. Then the sidekick is If you gave a mouse a cookie. We also need Wild Kratts and Daniel the tiger to be in the movie. Then we need Morbius to show up and get punched and kicked by Barney and Arthur. Then Super Why gets shown in the post credit scene. Would you watch it Chris?
Its kinda what feels like and I'll be watching it tomorrow. And honestly, that's just fine. 🤷 Hell, I peeked over Rotten Tomatoes reviews from audiences and most that I've seen involved their kids having fun.
The best adaptation for a children's book is probably the BFG, that film was both scary and interesting, quite underrated considering Steven Spielberg made it!
Strangely, this isn’t the only Harold and the Purple Crayon adaptation in the 2020’s focussing on adult Harold because there’s also that musical on Broadway with music by AJR
Sony : we’re going to make a Spider-Man universe without Spider-Man . And check this out we’re going to make an uncharted movie with a Nathan Drake that is about 20 years to young to play the character, and we’re mot done yet we’re making a Harold and the purple crayon movie with a 40 year old as the lead any questions lol?
I am surprise how these books and series hasn't yet got a movie at all yet? and I wonder what if they made it like Paddington vibes I hope not because I don't think live action would work right for this movie to be honest? I think animation would be better just saying?
I went on Friday opening night for both HAROLD AND THE PURPLE CRAYON & TRAP and made my own new Barbenheimer I called it PURPLE TRAP. I dressed up in almost full purple but just had a purple tie dye hoodie.
I remember watching the Harold & The Purple Crayon HBO animated series.😃 It was so spectacular.💜 The songs and the episodes were so beautiful.🌹 My favorite episodes are Blame It On The Rain & I Remember Goldie. The mermaid in the show is so beautiful.🌹🧜♀️ I’m planning on to watch the movie. I hope it’s not really bad.
I had no idea about this movie until I saw his review of it in the thumbnails. But now it’s got me curious. If they can make a live action version of this I wonder when Nickelodeon is gonna try and top it by giving us a live action version of ChalkZone.
IF is creative too and also has good drama as well as a cute friendship between the girl and Ryan reynold's character. Blue was a bit annoying and the bubble voiced by Awkwafina was not funny but the rest of the imaginary friends were likable. I loved the Teddy and the raccoon hero; they were so kind 🥰

Honestly, I think there's a lot of potential with expanding the idea of Harold the Purple Crayon. Like what if there were other kids who also have magic crayons. Something is there, we just haven't found it yet.
