by wrapping open the Heart if I recall, the dialouge says "*You feel a chill down your spine.*", which implies that Fear isn't dead and is actually alive, but is too weak to do anything, which also implies ALL of the other emotions(Greed, Solitude and Hatred) are still alive but too weak.
One thing I've noticed: Both Bubonic Plant and Hatred's themes have similar guitar rifts in them. When Griefer refers to "the voices," he refers to them in a dark red color, the same as hatred. So does Cruel King. Maybe everybody has a different version of Hatred in them, leading them to fully succumb to it. Then, Hatred gets the chance to steal the swords. Notice how Griefer says that the voices set him up. Hatred is setting people up to get the swords. That's why the player tried to grab the sword. Following what the video said; Greed was used to grab the sword, Solitude to run from anybody stopping him, and fear was the only one self-aware. In the end, Hatred weakens them all. TL;DR: Hatred is setting everybody up for the sole purpose of getting the swords.
I have another one for that, too, but it's a bit of a stretch. Cruel King's theme encourages us. There's a specific part in Hatred's theme that sounds just a little hopeful, combined with Griefer's guitar, showing that truly, everyone has hate in them.
Thus is why chapter 3 is my favorite. The raw emotions of the player are put on full display and arent sugarcoated. Their self-hatred makes sense, considering the implications of their past. But i legitimately had to pause at a few points because of how REAL some of this dialogue was, specifically that one soul that says "do yourself a favor". Good god
@@Zembie1 "Do yourself a favor" means "help yourself" or something close to that (Correct me if I'm wrong) And if you put that dialogue negatively (like what Mai the bee said under my comment): It can get very dark once you put "Do yourself a favor" in a way
The player is also insanely smart, seen by how quickly they come up with an answer at the difficult math equation the quiz guy gives them. Even if it’s just comedic relief, that’s just impressive if I’m being honest
the devs said the next update will clear up a couple things about what happened prior to us waking up in terry's bed, basically expanding on the prolouge, and then they'll work on demo 4 so that'll be pretty interesting.
@@Hello-Off its linked in the social links of the game page if you just scroll down a lil. That is, if your account is 13+. Which i assume it should be. I cant confirm this on the app i only use the web sorry
When shedelsky refers to the antagonist, they color “them” in a dark red color. when he refers to US, they color in our usernames in the same dark red color.
i know right?? hatred and the antagonist are have the same text colour, and at the very beginning of the game, it's the player who tells terry about builderman being kidnapped, but terry isn't really listening
I knew this type of video would come eventually, the big lore drops with the player character "not being okay" or "purifying their soul" is too alluring for theorists
block tales, the only game you summon your inner mentor (cruel king) to fight your inner demons, a kid with(out) daddy issues that became a vegetable, a turkey, and friday the 13th jason
You forgot the 2 people that tried to get 2 kids to become criminals because they were jealous they got replaced because an uncle chose his nephew and niece over them
@@seashellguy9416if you don't kill the turkey in 3 turns, it pulls out a blunderbuss on the next turn that deals 15 UNDODGABLE damage simply put, there's a reason the turkey only has 20 hp
Well he found out that we aren't fighting for any evil. Infact, were actually doing it for good. And plus the voices were lying to him, everything seems to be fine after he died. And even the banished knight was mourning, but still decided to be positive and train future knights
I think the whole essence of HATRED is captured pretty well in chapter 3 as HATRED kinda does try to disguise itself as something or someone you can trust via mentally of physically and tries to make you feel like you are doing the right thing but in reality it’s just trying to give you a reason to HATE it tries to justify such awful things by triggering you in some way. An example of this is how in game HATRED makes you feel BETRAYED , LONELY, and BRAVE through GREED, SOLITUDE, and FEAR which by betraying you with GREED you will feel naturally angry at GREED for tricking you, with SOLITUDE HATRED makes sure you feel insecure and helpless by asking you a bunch of questions you never tried to answer to those wanting to help you, HATRED finally knowing IT has gained your trust then finally sends you to FEAR and puts the trust in you to get rid of the last negative emotion and with that trust you feel brave in the path towards FEAR who warns you multiple times as FEAR is supposed to do. Every single time you confronted one of the three emotions HATRED didn’t try to make you hold yourself accountable and realize the mistakes you have made and only put the blame on each of the three you encountered telling you that you’re doing the right thing and justifying your actions of fighting your feelings instead of coping with them and actually trying to change. And while GREED and SOLITUDE aren’t exactly the best FEAR is what bounds that HATE and makes sure it can’t become physical and without that FEAR… H A T R E D K N O W S N O B O U N D S . (I honestly have no idea if that made sense in the slightest).
This makes so much sense bro, since FEAR is what grounds you to not be impulsive with everything you do, eliminating risks for a safer approach to everything
@@sergiojunio904 I’m gonna say it… I am wayyyyy too philosophical for my own good heck I keep creating some crazy ahh metaphors on accident I want to be a game dev when I grow up and one of my ideas started as a metroidvania/3D platformer/beatemup type game where you play as a hand that hits things with a pencil which btw you can actually do in real life and of course the main bosses would be Rock, Paper, and Scissors which I started brainstorming themes for which were basically gonna take the MGR approach… but then that all changed when I started linking those 3 objects of roshambo to time… Rock became the past set in stone, Paper became the plans of the future, and Scissors became the guiding blade that is the present but ohhhh no it gets worse as only just recently this school year I linked it again to a metaphor for procrastination as the hand you play as holds a pencil which can then be linked to a metaphor for that the hand is an artist/creator of some sort that is hesitant on starting their path towards those plans they have… which is also ironic as that’s a big problem for me as well thus making me a hypocrite (This was probably a yap session that was not needed so I apologize).
@@boots1070 Woah that rlly adds alot to something simple like rock paper and scissors.. Go for it! I wanna see it one day :D I really like the metaphors
1:24 some slight correction here. Uh the main villain actually have beaten up shedletsky himself and red and blue just took the fame(its confirmed by the devs) also shedletsky has 105 hp how are they gonna beat him up 💀
If you talk to the child NPCs on the balcony at the manor, they have red text saying "FIND IT" and "YOU'RE WASTING YOUR TIME", meaning that the player too hears the same voices that Cruel King and Griefer heard.
The emotions we have to fight are actually the 3 swords combined. Greed: We were too greedy and grabbed the Ghostwalker without thinking. Fear: Cruel king FEARED for his kingdom Solitude: Brad ISOLATED himself in the top of the jungle away from his father. All Swords - Hatred: The voices the wielders of swords hear. Corrupts the wielders with HATRED.
Something that I want to add about Solitude is I think the player is better off being alone. When you are the only person in a party (excluding allies) you get 2 turns to do actions. If you have 2 or more people in a party, you only get 1 action. This probably just helps with game balancing so you can play the game alone but I like to think that the players isolation is in turn helping them with their quest to get all the swords. They don't need to really drag along anyone, all of the reoccurring NPCs you find are by chance. You were sent to get the swords alone, and you are going to do it alone.
A dev confirmed Cruel King didn’t “steal” the ice dagger, it was held in his castle, he was one of Shedletsky’s guardians He was just using it unauthorized
Ohhh, so that explains how he just casually has it with him despite no way telling of how he got the IceDagger in the first place. He was simply the guardian of it
We’ll block tales is honestly one of the best new Roblox games. Unlike other Roblox games who tried to use the nostalgia from the OG Roblox this one actually feels like it. I didn’t play Roblox on 2010 but I still played it before 2016, so I actually played some classics. Meeting this Roblox game, the inspiration of the swords, the dialogues, the story… everything was just beautiful and a really fun game to play. Roblox bores me right now, the games just aren’t the same, but this… this game is one of the reasons I’m still playing Roblox.
One thing I really like about this is that when we first met Brad he seemed like a psychopath and insane , for me I always felt like he’s just falling for some cheap tricks but the second I finished chapter three I was like “shit I actually am starting to understand why he went insane”
My belief is that each of the emotions can be translated to something else. Fear is fearful, which was already stated so I will not state it. Solitude is Collection, they are what we are on the outside and is the reason we are so silent. It’s calm, collective, but also honest. Greed can be more or less Pride, as its dialogue pre fight shows almost an Egotistical attitude. Same with all the NPCs in the Greed Mind Scape. That “You deserve it all” which shows Greed’s egotistical tendencies. And what about Hatred? Hatred is Negative Thoughts. If you’ve ever sat in a room, alone. You know your own mind can be it’s worse enemies by all the comments it makes on yourself. Hatred embodies all the negative thoughts one has. He becomes stronger the more negativity the player has. This can be the “voices” for every sword wielder, which also explains how it’s so strong.
My theory is that the player isn't JUST from the future, but already knows what's gonna happen as he saw most of the things in the story unfold during his last run, proven, for example, by how quickly he answered on the equation - as if he knew the answer beforehand. Maybe that's why he touched the Ghostwalker - since he's probably aware of the person controlling his actions from behind the screen, thus making him immortal in most cases, the player was curious to see if touching the sword would actually kill him like he was told, since last time the player got the Ghostwalker wrapped up. Kinda feels like us, people playing the game, going for a clean new run to get some things we can't get otherwise. Like the badge for abandoning Jim - we can't get it if we don't leave him behind. Edit: (upon careful analysis of my own words, it absolutely feels like a subtle Undertale reference, since the player's Save File was a crucial plot point in there, along with resetting the game)
Theory= what if when the player gets all the swords, the emotions of greed, Solitude, fear and hatred comes back TOGETHER to take control of the player with messages like "They will betray you", "You're the one doing all the job, why not take them just for you?", "They are using you..." "FINISH WHAT YOU STARTED" and things like that, making the player insane and attack their allies like Cruel king, Kyoko, or even Tutorial Terry, Since the player's getting controled by their own emotions has the emotions just grew stronger and bigger... *BUT THIS IS JUST A GAME THEORY :D*
If the sixth sword is the darkheart and the illumina is the seventh, I think the player would get corrupted by the dark heart as it literally is called "dark heart". I think the illumina will save our player's soul but not before it's too late, and the player has destroyed everything and everyone they cared about, all because of the swords. With the power of the swords, the player travels back to the beginning.
@@gCarrot and then it’s a perfect loop of suffering for the player because they keep on collecting the swords and then traveling back after destroying everything
A pretty neat idea actually! I'd imagine the ending is when the player finally gets the last sword, the negative emotions start taking over, driving the player absolutely nuts, destroying everything around them. And once they regain their sanity, they look around in horror as the things around them are in ruins. And only they were left. The future they fought for... was ultimately destroyed by them. Laying down in absolute exhaustion and grief, they wish that they could go back, the swords granted their wish, and was given another chance, a chance at redemption. And they're back at Terry's bed, and the cycle continues
There is the final demo 8 where you get to space and the roadtown confirmed to return to normal once the ice dagger were return to where it supposed to be at the end of the game, the swords would eventually return to where it was belong at the very end If there was to be any more time travel that would be at spaceman moonbase which is a location of final demo 8
Dont know if anyone else has mentioned this but it seems that fear actually is aware of the presence of hatred. Most of its area is about trying to stop you so that hatred doesnt take control
@@JosquitoJoestari dont think greed knows about hatred. Cuz when he said that we got into its trap he also mention builderman (hatred) with the orange text which means greed doesn't know that the builderman is hatred
This game genuinely has a super intriguing story and I'm excited to see it develop. It's such a charming and fun game too, one of my favorite roblox experiences now. Really good video diving into the protagonist.
I agree with all of your points until you get to hatred and our relation to the Player. I have my own interpretations about what you pose to us. Q1: Would Hatred be able to take over us later on? A1: No. When you tame an emotion, you do not get over it or rid yourself of it, but accept it and make it your ally. Q2: What does the Player character feel hatred towards? A2: I believe they solely hate the evil forces opposing them and their inability to win in their time - our time. Q3: Does the Player character hate you? The one controlling them? A3: While it would be a neat concept, it is likely false. WE are the Player, so we don't hate ourselves for controlling, well, yourself. It is likely we are self-loathing, though. Q4: Will any of those emotions still be there to take us over? A4: No. Just like with Hatred, we have tamed the emotions deep inside us, thus purifying ourselves. A purification of our soul does not get rid of the emotions but allows you and them to work together. You are now whole.
we're probably a special person in the future, since why would they send us back in time to save the swords on the heights (my theory still lacks information)
Athe sfoth swords are refered as The seven i think it something similiar to the holy trinity they are all 100 divine/lowercase g god not all powerfull but still very powerfull on their own might once united the seven could easly be malevont and attack everybody hatred still asnt escaped the dream world that would make the seven unstoable unless if tuturial terry intervenes
To add to your theory on the fact we are special. Think of how we used the sfoth compared to the king and greifer. Ice king already had ice powers before having the ice dagger and yet he tried to stab us with the dagger to attack Greifer uses venomshank as an actual sword instead of throwing poison waves at us (unless I forget some of his moves) We clearly have knowledge on the swords the other people don’t
@@anonymousfox4620 also learning and using the swords on a more passive way the sfoth swords are refered as the seven and that you cant have 2 masters since both the seven and it are seemilings gods that means you cant have 2 gods if we use the swords on a more reckless way that wont go well the seven want to unite and thus manipulate theirs uses but by using they at more passive way we better master the swords an prevent them to be united
my little theory about who are we actually playing: well the character on the images to the game wearing red shirt and blue pants just like the Cluemer but Cluemer have the 3D glasses so we are actually playing as him
we can think that greed, solitude, fear and hatred are just all of the emotions fused into four(mostly), otherwise its just a single emotion renamed, assuming we're following the emotions on Inside Out and Inside Out 2, and also the Seven Deadly Sins(kinda) e.g: Envy(and Lust if YOU'RE that type of guy, but Greed better make a apology post if this somehow makes sense) = Greed Embarrassment(maybe) + Ennui = Solitude Anxiety + Fear(duh) + Disgust(assuming you're going with EVERY emotion) = Fear And obviously, Anger = HATRED seven deadly sins(Fear doesnt count here if we're going this way) Lust(ragghh, sorta), Envy, Gluttony = Greed Sloth(sorta) = Solitude Pride, Wrath = HATRED
so your theory is our player is the actual villain behind builderman’s kidnapping and the other chaos? I was thinking so too, maybe the final boss is going to be our present selves
love this i am SOOO fascinated with block tales lore and you nailed my thoughts down to a T. i played during 2012 and it was certainly a lot simpler compared to now... and seeing all of this and being exposed to it just takes me all the way back. i truly love block tales so much and ch 3 is absolutely my favorite chapter, and with hatred being foreshadowed since the very start-- its just genius
Player is a strange character as we know alot and kinda bit of knowing little of them and the fact that they dont seem like a character a first unless you pay attention
Cruel king call player a kid... New question for future: How old is Cruel king Why Cruel King protect village So. who is his enemys? Why Cruel King only need ice digger? Why only Cruel King and player both know ( About future ) Rules: ( More like library ) +Answer the questions +You can tell each other -No copying -No swearing -No asking funny things 👇
Demo 1 and 2 were happy-go-lucky. When demo 3 came out though, it took a much darker turn and focused more on lore. Also, as a OG Blox tales fan, I find it weird to see all this new attention coming to Blox tales 😅
Chapter 3 is utterly amazing. Where Chapter 1 had you just start out your journey and fight a king who later becomes your ally after some “reasonable understanding”, and Chapter 2 where you find Griefer driven mad by the voices before becoming that drasted Plant. Chapter 3 feels like the main villains. Greed, Solitude, Fear, Hatred. You aren’t fighting someone or something for the Ghostwalker. You’re fighting parts of yourself. Loved their themes, loved the art style And I especially loved nuking Hatred with Rocket Launcher because we can’t expect God to do all the work
I like that you dont need to directly follow what NPC says to you, for example, you need to get a turkey for chef and if you enough curios to walk around the manor youd be able to get it sooner then chef ask you to get it, that pretty cool :D
The turkey room was the first i went to and i was so confused why the player was just suddenly attacking the turkey lol I thought that they went crazy or something..
I have a though, what if player did wanted to die? They knew the sword would kill them the moment they touch it since ghost wizard chef told them countless times that it would kill them yet still touch it
@@Fishmetal yes it is kinda messed up but player's mentality is quite messed up, all his negative emotions are deeply rooted sooo... yea... it is a worst possibility to think of but it is still a thing
2:29 the definition of obsession: being obsessed of getting something or someone. It describes you the player you are desperate to collect all of the swords. After the events that happened at the manor the dark heart will be your breaking point. You will start to go insane like the red they abused their powers so they could be leader and rulers but you.. will do anything above that. It seems we become slightly corrupt after each sword we get and the dark heart will be our breaking point if we have this many swords we will become dead pool all of the swords speaking to us driving us insane from the voices Brad was already taken over from the voices ,cruel king was barely even alive his sanity dropped because of the power of the ice dagger we only want MORE nobody was wielding the ghost walker because of its power to kill someone in a touch but we were able to purify our souls. But I’m afraid that’s not the end. There’s more than meets the eye.
Your playthrough vid of demo 3 reminded me i haven't played block tales since demo 2 came out, so now me and my mates are going through the whole game to get rid of the rust and have fun, ty! Also, you excited for part 2 of the Halloween update on pillar chase? As well as inkfell
What if the future we came from, we let our hatred control us? What if we didn’t grab the ghostwalker and confront are insecurities, and at the end, hatred beat us, idk if this is a good theory bcuz I just started the video.
@EEEEEEEEEEEELDDDG Fish probably means that before we time traveled we didn't purify our soul. It's likely that we were considered pure at the time but grew impure overtime. That's why the swords were taken from us
@@mai-the-bee7291 but i thought we needed to use the seven swords to make a wish, including the ghostwalker. this implies that when we made that wish, we needed to be able to use the ghostwalker, aka, we needed to be pure of heart
I believe that having the ghost walker would force the player to be pure, because I believe that when we get dark heart, we might have to go through a whole new bunch of emotions because of how ghost walker and dark heart interfere with each other, as one makes you impure and the other forces you to be pure.
the player actually has its own mind. but its actions are controlled by us. this includes why there was only one answer for question three and why the player touched the ghostwalker without us controlling it. It felt to greedy touching the sword, it had fear the ghost chef will betray it and take the sword, it felt solitude that it can do anything without anyone seeing it, and felt hatred for the people and the player. the feelings were too strong for it to handle, thus it controlled itself.
From the pictures of the game menu and as the "Player" actions are precise, in addition to being sharp enough to dodge and counter attacks, something I don't remember any other mob doing, I think we control a Pro, you know? Noob but instead of the blue shirt it's a red one
I literally soloed the whole game in one session Most of the reason why i died is bc i tried to kill instead of heal ot not paying attention to my health
To me, the player travelled back in time because they knew something bad was going to happen (that something might had to do with builderman and his kidnapping) and didn't do anything about, then felt extremely regretful. After all the only thing the bad guys need to win is for the good guys to do nothing. That might explain why in the hatred's place you can read self depreciating thoughts. As for the other emotions, they might be what the player felt for everything that happens in the game; they felt greedy after obtaining two of the swords, solitude because they are all alone in this quest and fear because they might feel uncapable to prevent whatever is going to happen in the future.
I'm pretty sure every robloxian has these emotions, but they didn't touch the Ghostwalker to actually delve deeper into their emotions. They can probably see glimpses of them in nightmares.
look bro, im not a damn psychology person, BUT I DONT THINK EMOTIONS IN YOU SHOULD MAKE DOZENS OF DISFIGURED HUMANS, TAKE OVER YOUR MIND, ACTUALLY KILL YOU, AND MANIFEST IN TO A EARTHBOUND BOSS player is NOT normal
Funny enough, this does actually exist. Phycologist call this "Lucid Dreaming" Where you feel alive and the world around you turns distorted, it happens because your mind is awake. When you are suffering from depression, stuff like this could happen and it is considered a really scarry experience. This is most likely what happened with the main character. There's a reason why after you are out of the dream world, it says that you were sleeping. Anyways, if you wish to experience this, look up a youtube video or smh. (Hopefully, this is more useful into than what @crosscharayt986 said)
About Solitude and Fear, i do like to say that Solitude is Griefer, since he did have alot of isolation in chapter 2, and Fear is Cruel King due to his fear of losing his kingdom.
5:42 one thing i never see anyone talk about kyoko, is in one of the backgrounds for the mindscape battles, you can actually see her watching from a distance behind a pillar. edit: a few corrections: firstly, she isn't "watching", more-so just standing in the background along with the cruel king strangely enough.
When I was playing chapter 3 with my friends and we got to mind scape we all said BLACK SPACE, and I'm 30% sure that they were inspired by omori's blackspace
@iamofgoneyes8997 Turitopolis Hotel guy is wearing hats from the "The Classic" event which dropped this year. One npc in Chapter 3 mentions your hats and asks if there was an update, this suggests that the player is wearing at least one post-2010 hat.
Yo, just wanted to say want i realized, in the start of the story, it is told that "they" kidnapped builder man, and in chapter 2, grifer says about "the voices" "They" and " the voices" and in red But, if you talk to shedletsky in the end of the chapter, he says your name in red, the same color as "they" and " the voices" so, probably your emotions were so strong that they materialized into the real world and kidnapped builder man inside yourself Hope you see this
Anyone remember when this one Npc in hatred’s orb just states a Bible lyric, except the “believe in god” is just replaced with a “[ ]” Its name is also numbers for its respective Bible lyric
something that i find really neat is that after you defeat hatred, player confuses kitchen wizard for hatred. youll see hatreds name and text color calling to them, before they fully wake up and realize that it was really just the kitchen wizard !! players such a neat character to me and having an entire chapter dedicated to them was the best thing ever
Something I thought I should point out. If the player really is from the future and was that confident that their soul was pure enough to get the Ghostwalker, what if they originally DID get the Ghostwalker without entering the Dream World because their soul used to actually be pure?
*Five possible major lore* We travelled back in time from possibly the final demo to save builderman due to a big mistake or big foe (?), we knew that builderman was kidnapped and that we time travelled, yet we don't know cards yet (depends on your choices, whether you want tutorial or not) and didn't get ANY of our future gear. We have more modern clothes and modern stuff and so Terry figured there was something wrong. (high possibility) Hatred took the form of Builderman (high possibility) Builderman is Hatred (very low possibility) Hatred is the voices in everyone's head. (VERY high possibility) Hatred told someone to kidnap Builderman, and then took Builderman's form. (possible) *Lore* Shedletsky told us something was finding the SFOTH swords. He also said that Builderman was kidnapped, and that we needed to find him. Cruel King listened to the voices and found the icedagger, before freezing his kingdom. Griefer kept searching for the venomshank, because the voices told him to. WE even were curious and tried to get the Ghostwalker, while the embodiment of hatred was still active in our body. Fear warned us of Hatred, when saying about Builderman (?), he said it in a red tone similar to Hatred. He was afraid of Builderman (?). Solitude did not want to fight you, as he knew that Builderman (?) was secretly Hatred. He asked for a fair fight and you fight him alone. Griefer said the voices with a red tone, similar to Hatred. Hatred is a *scourge of everyone that you cannot hide,* and Mayor said "They warned me about Builderman, but I didn't think they'd go for my boy..." The voices are Hatred. Hatred is possibly Builderman, or being the form of Builderman. Hatred possibly took Builderman away by commanding someone with voices, or had fully become Builderman. Each hatred is different for everyone. Your hatred was buffed because you killed every other emotion, but it's possible the others were STRONGER, because they heard VOICES from it, and you didn't. Cruel King also says your name in a red tone (again, similar to hatred), and claims he knew the future and tried to rewrite it, and he saw you as the apocalypse in the future, so he tries to kill you. Mannequins (greed) said that your swords would be taken by shedletsky (?) in a yellow tone. They ask you to keep it. They asked, why can you only keep 10 items? Why not more? What is limiting us and our inventory? Snowmans also knew the future. You got what you wanted (the future), yet you yearn to go back (in time). You wished the world was back to what it was, a snowman also said.
I think when the bosses talk about the "voices" that is the embodiment of hatred talking to them, thats because whenever a character is referenced, they use the color that the character talks in, and I believe that the "voices" they're referring to is the same color that hatred talks in
Also if u wanna beat the greed, solitude, fear and hatred boss use cruel king it he carries🗿 (U can try to do it with blue and red but doing it faster use cruel king bc of his freeze attack)
i beat every ch3 boss first try besides purple and green because of the goats red and blue, except hatred, that litte shit copied our flow and used 2 attacks in 1 turn
If you think about it the rabbit hole goes deeper the more we discover it’s like we are becoming more corrupt and hearing the voices in our head liked cruel king and Brad did but we will hear more because of the 3 swords it’s Interesting but horrible for the player. I can predict at dark hearts chapter we will start to hear random voices and maybe even the voices of bosses we have killed and if we revisit the fights their ghsot will be there with different dialogue for example cruel kings would be “was it all worth the suffering and pain you went through? Your becoming one of us ignore it. After what you have done you will let the voices take over you are not immune to them.”
My first theory is that, after getting 7 swords probably would reveal the truth about having "slots" in main menu that creates repeated timeline with different pathway but the main storyline remains. I think?
something i think not a lot of people have realized is that in the ch3 shedletsky stuff, he says "so *they've* gone after the others." and they've is in hatred's color. this COULD potentially confirm the theory that hatred controls all the sword weilders / guardians.
'How about I kill you' I feel as if this little piece of the _Player's_ dialogue is rarely mentioned when speaking of theories that alude to _H A T R E D_ Perhaps I'm just blind and don't see those who do speak of such, but I'll be putting this message here and perhaps elsewhere as well have a good day
now that i think of it what if the ghost in the manor the noobs you killed when you were in the fishing spot and thats what their actual personality is but its just that their "hatred" keeps them away from what they desire so they resort to violence hoping that they can finally be them again and end up unalivong themself in the process. because when we touch the ghost walker the only person we see is builderman the one that started our journey trying to find him but turns out we have been gaslighted and somewhat brought to trauma of our past like do you see how similar i think "solitude" (the blue one?) attacks are similar to greifers and how in his dialogue he says "help me" so it could be him in another form probably us witnessing how he sacrificed himself infront of his dad and it was a sad moment for him and his dad and probably why one of the attacks are called "pain rain" most likely meaning the pain of griefer when he stabbed himself. fear is probably their because the path we took isn't probably the brightest one i think this because we have killed so much npc along the way of killing hatred. greed is because of our tix and bux we have collected meaning that we probably wanted more and that meaning to keel more npcs to gain it so we need to "pure our soul" to get away from that greed. hatred gives a false and true sense of hate like said in the video "you dont deserve to.." meaning another false sense to make the player feel bad but since the player needs to finish because it is forced to they keel hatred but even after that we can still feel a tiny bit of them in our mind meaning that we havnt fully pured our soul and also meaning they could come back in other chapters. i honestly dont know what i was on about but i was tired while typing this
you're right about the swords being corrupted voices the only reason we're not corrupted like griefer / cruel king is because our MC has stronger will than them. i think when we get too many swords we lose control of our character and we have to fight ourselves with other characters we've met before [guru, kyoko, cruel king, terry and others we'll meet] with the 4 main emotions combining together to make a "super charged" negative emoting controlling MC. our will too weak to fend off the swords and emotions.
something i dont see anybody really talk about is how you can hear the voices that cruel king and griefer were talking about in the mansion telling you that you're wasting your time and to find the ghostwalker. i think it's hatred talking since the text is tinted crimson, but idrk
If i recall, i think that when you beat greed, solitude, hatred, and fear, it said “____ has became tame!” Meaning that they are still alive, as emotions that you feel in the game, that you cannot get rid of, or cleanse out of your soul, so if i think that we will see those emotions come back, as something stronger this time
in the Dream World, you're supposedly killing off your "negative qualities". however, in that same Dream World, the enemies are all energetic, cheerful and happy. if the same that happens to the Bosses apply to those enemies as well, you're actually mindlessly killing your positive emotions. One thing I've noticed:
Both Bubonic Plant and Hatred's themes have similar guitar rifts in them.
Following what the video said;
Greed was used to grab the sword, Solitude to run from anybody stopping him, and fear was the only one self-aware. In the end, Hatred weakens them all.
TL;DR: Hatred is setting everybody up for the sole purpose of getting the swords.
You can even see griefer and cruel king in the background. So maybe they were all in the same realm

Thus is why chapter 3 is my favorite. The raw emotions of the player are put on full display and arent sugarcoated. Their self-hatred makes sense, considering the implications of their past.

Apollo npc that speak backwards have some interesting dialogue
*"You living a Life of lie""you better start believing it"
He in manor
The person knew because it was ok ghost chef chest
Wait you can leave Jim behind

"FINISH WHAT YOU STARTED" and things like that, making the player insane and attack their allies like Cruel king, Kyoko, or even Tutorial Terry, Since the player's getting controled by their own emotions has the emotions just grew stronger and bigger...
There is the final demo 8 where you get to space and the roadtown confirmed to return to normal once the ice dagger were return to where it supposed to be at the end of the game, the swords would eventually return to where it was belong at the very end

oh my GODDD finally SOMEONE mentions kyoko…

To add to your theory on the fact we are special. Think of how we used the sfoth compared to the king and greifer.
Ice king already had ice powers before having the ice dagger and yet he tried to stab us with the dagger to attack
Greifer uses venomshank as an actual sword instead of throwing poison waves at us (unless I forget some of his moves)

we can think that greed, solitude, fear and hatred are just all of the emotions fused into four(mostly), otherwise its just a single emotion renamed, assuming we're following the emotions on Inside Out and Inside Out 2, and also the Seven Deadly Sins(kinda)

@@EEEEEEEEEEEELDDDG gloves? idk. maybe the player always wielded it with something wrapped around it so no direct contact was made.
7:22 but I want to ride the swing D:
I literally soloed the whole game in one session
Most of the reason why i died is bc i tried to kill instead of heal ot not paying attention to my health
"I love these two." Couldn't agree more alright.
look bro, im not a damn psychology person, BUT I DONT THINK EMOTIONS IN YOU SHOULD MAKE DOZENS OF DISFIGURED HUMANS, TAKE OVER YOUR MIND, ACTUALLY KILL YOU, AND MANIFEST IN TO A EARTHBOUND BOSS
player is NOT normal
its a videogame
@@crosscharayt986 thats the lamest comment you coulsve said
Funny enough, this does actually exist. (Hopefully, this is more useful into than what @crosscharayt986 said)
inside out 2 if riley killed someone
@@KeremDeniz-v2n yet the most realistic
0:01 the way you said "fun" sounded like you tried to say fu** when cruel king got hit
About Solitude and Fear, i do like to say that Solitude is Griefer, since he did have alot of isolation in chapter 2, and Fear is Cruel King due to his fear of losing his kingdom.
sorry but not really...
These emotions aren't representations of other characters but just raw feeling in the player's head.
@@Rooarr its just a theory
5:42 one thing i never see anyone talk about kyoko, is in one of the backgrounds for the mindscape battles, you can actually see her watching from a distance behind a pillar.
edit: a few corrections: firstly, she isn't "watching", more-so just standing in the background along with the cruel king strangely enough.
When I was playing chapter 3 with my friends and we got to mind scape we all said BLACK SPACE, and I'm 30% sure that they were inspired by omori's blackspace
The ACTUAL player looks like this:
Yellow head and arms
Red torso
Light blue legs
You can see it in the game thumbnails.
The "Steve" of Blox Tales 😭
The only problem with that is we don’t look classic as Terry mentions that we don’t look like we are from 2010.
@@boots1070
You can still look different even if you have a "classic" avatar??? Look at the guy in turitopulis hotel
@iamofgoneyes8997 Turitopolis Hotel guy is wearing hats from the "The Classic" event which dropped this year.
One npc in Chapter 3 mentions your hats and asks if there was an update, this suggests that the player is wearing at least one post-2010 hat.
@Joe-Ligma69
I guess but my point is the player probably has smoother clothes or pants than anyone else
“I don’t know what ur takin’ about dude, it’s *_2010._* “ Terry..
SO THATS WHY IT LOOKS LIKE OLD ROBLOX!??!?
Yo, just wanted to say want i realized, in the start of the story, it is told that "they" kidnapped builder man, and in chapter 2, grifer says about "the voices"
"They" and " the voices" and in red
But, if you talk to shedletsky in the end of the chapter, he says your name in red, the same color as "they" and " the voices"
so, probably your emotions were so strong that they materialized into the real world and kidnapped builder man inside yourself
Hope you see this
Anyone remember when this one Npc in hatred’s orb just states a Bible lyric, except the “believe in god” is just replaced with a “[ ]”
Its name is also numbers for its respective Bible lyric
8:31 bro changed moods so quickly even sonic couldnt keep up
One other thing I'd like to have explained is:
Why is the player so strong that they're able to defeat the Cruel King without a sword of their own?
they probably have a lot of skill from before they time traveled
"I’ll finish desc later I’m tiredddd" I FEEL THIS
something that i find really neat is that after you defeat hatred, player confuses kitchen wizard for hatred. youll see hatreds name and text color calling to them, before they fully wake up and realize that it was really just the kitchen wizard !! players such a neat character to me and having an entire chapter dedicated to them was the best thing ever
Something I thought I should point out.
If the player really is from the future and was that confident that their soul was pure enough to get the Ghostwalker, what if they originally DID get the Ghostwalker without entering the Dream World because their soul used to actually be pure?
5:26 so yall gonna ignore this mf dodge EVERY ATTACK
bro literally made the emotion even more sad💀
what did bigfoot do to you bro😭 6:37
*Five possible major lore*
We travelled back in time from possibly the final demo to save builderman due to a big mistake or big foe (?), we knew that builderman was kidnapped and that we time travelled, yet we don't know cards yet (depends on your choices, whether you want tutorial or not) and didn't get ANY of our future gear. We have more modern clothes and modern stuff and so Terry figured there was something wrong. (high possibility)
Hatred took the form of Builderman (high possibility)
Builderman is Hatred (very low possibility)
Hatred is the voices in everyone's head. (VERY high possibility)
Hatred told someone to kidnap Builderman, and then took Builderman's form. (possible)
*Lore*
Shedletsky told us something was finding the SFOTH swords.
Hatred is a *scourge of everyone that you cannot hide,* and Mayor said "They warned me about Builderman, but I didn't think they'd go for my boy..."
The voices are Hatred.
5:31 “isolation probably represents the players sadness”
me beating isolation with a full party of 4+a gorilla
7:27 omg a home for flowers aka Omori OST 158
He likes Cruel King so much that he put his theme at the end.
this guy doing lore now?? that’s crazy
I think when the bosses talk about the "voices" that is the embodiment of hatred talking to them, thats because whenever a character is referenced, they use the color that the character talks in, and I believe that the "voices" they're referring to is the same color that hatred talks in
Also if u wanna beat the greed, solitude, fear and hatred boss use cruel king it he carries🗿
(U can try to do it with blue and red but doing it faster use cruel king bc of his freeze attack)
i beat every ch3 boss first try besides purple and green because of the goats red and blue, except hatred, that litte shit copied our flow and used 2 attacks in 1 turn
'How about I kill you'
I feel as if this little piece of the _Player's_ dialogue is rarely mentioned when speaking of theories that alude to
_H A T R E D_
Perhaps I'm just blind and don't see those who do speak of such, but I'll be putting this message here and perhaps elsewhere as well
have a good day
now that i think of it what if the ghost in the manor the noobs you killed when you were in the fishing spot and thats what their actual personality is but its just that their "hatred" keeps them away from what they desire so they resort to violence hoping that they can finally be them again and end up unalivong themself in the process. because when we touch the ghost walker the only person we see is builderman the one that started our journey trying to find him but turns out we have been gaslighted and somewhat brought to trauma of our past like do you see how similar i think "solitude" (the blue one?) attacks are similar to greifers and how in his dialogue he says "help me" so it could be him in another form probably us witnessing how he sacrificed himself infront of his dad and it was a sad moment for him and his dad and probably why one of the attacks are called "pain rain" most likely meaning the pain of griefer when he stabbed himself. fear is probably their because the path we took isn't probably the brightest one i think this because we have killed so much npc along the way of killing hatred. greed is because of our tix and bux we have collected meaning that we probably wanted more and that meaning to keel more npcs to gain it so we need to "pure our soul" to get away from that greed. hatred gives a false and true sense of hate like said in the video "you dont deserve to.." meaning another false sense to make the player feel bad but since the player needs to finish because it is forced to they keel hatred but even after that we can still feel a tiny bit of them in our mind meaning that we havnt fully pured our soul and also meaning they could come back in other chapters.
i honestly dont know what i was on about but i was tired while typing this
you're right about the swords being corrupted voices the only reason we're not corrupted like griefer / cruel king is because our MC has stronger will than them. i think when we get too many swords we lose control of our character and we have to fight ourselves with other characters we've met before [guru, kyoko, cruel king, terry and others we'll meet] with the 4 main emotions combining together to make a "super charged" negative emoting controlling MC. our will too weak to fend off the swords and emotions.
something i dont see anybody really talk about is how you can hear the voices that cruel king and griefer were talking about in the mansion telling you that you're wasting your time and to find the ghostwalker. i think it's hatred talking since the text is tinted crimson, but idrk
Confident Boulder, Bee Happy, F'ella, Bear. they're all positive emotions and qualities trying to survive the horrendous plane you've put them in.
Builderman calls you "creator" which means you created him with your own hatred
I love that this demo went from Halloween demo very cool to Kill all of the Inside Out cast
