- ▷Ingredients:
■Cocoa macarons
80g ground almonds
100g powdered sugar
8g pure cocoa powder
60g egg white
40g granulated sugar
Bake in oven preheated to 180℃ for 4min,
after bake at in 140℃ for 9 - 11min
■Chocolate butter cream
70g unsalted butter
50g couverture sweet chocolate
2 egg yolks
30g sugar
45ml milk
