      Kind of off subject, but what’s the name of that guitar music? Thanks for your video.

      I hope the video was helpful. I just went back to my archive external drive and see the music track name is "Acoustic Sunrise". I'm fairly certain I got it from the TH-cam Music Library before they recently revamped it and now I can't find it. It sounds like a track by Chris Haugen who has many tracks with that acoustic guitar sound. However, another musical artist I liked with songs in the former TH-cam Music Library was Dan Lebowitz, again, with a similar acoustic guitar sound on many of his tracks. I've always been careful to provide the necessary attribution to any musical artist so the fact I didn't on this video means the TH-cam Music Library didn't require any attribution at the time I downloaded the track to use in my video. I'm disappointed I can't find it now. I still have the track in my Final Cut Pro video Library but it's only showing the name of the track. Please let me know if you have any luck locating it. Thanks for your interest and good luck!

      @@drgil65 I found it! It's from Apple's Final Cut Pro X built-in "Sound Effects" library. That explains why I couldn't find it on TH-cam Music Library. I couldn't figure out how I can still play it on Final Cut Pro without the music file until I realized it's from Final Cut Pro X. I hope this helps! I found someone here on TH-cam created a recreation video playing it on acoustic guitar... th-cam.com/video/JlqJlGko5wo/w-d-xo.html

    When I called Bissell when it first started to leak the rep said it couldn't be fixed and wanted to sell me a new one. Found this video, bought the part on Amazon for $10 and fixed it in a half hour. Thanks!!!

      So glad to hear the video helped! I know how much TH-cam has helped me on so many topics, it’s nice to return the favor 😂. Good on you for repairing your machine on your own, too! I do think I’ll need to get the replacement gauge myself eventually so I can spray from the hand-wand again. Good luck and I hope your replacement part lasts longer 👍.

      I've had mine for about 10 years and it's been very useful. I think that "flow meter" assembly is its weakest link so keep an eye on any leaks developing around it. Mine, I could see the "housing" separating at the plastic seams and I think I may have used VERY hot water just before it sprang a leak so you might be okay sticking with just "warm" water, too...I suspect the very hot water from my hot water tank being turned up may have contributed to the plastic housing separating...just my theory. Good luck with your's and thanks for watching and taking time to leave your comment 👍

      Good on you for fixing yourself! Amazingly great carpet cleaner sadly with that small defective design which likely has folks binning their machines. Thanks for watching and taking time to leave me a nice remark. I hope you get many more years of service from your machine!

    I think I was the first to post the flow indicator TH-cam video fix replacing the indicator .. your video I wish was out 6 yrs ago I had to wait for the part .. squirt a very small amount of wd 49 or soapy water on the tube fittings to the flow indicator they’ll go on and off easier

    • @WorksIRL
      @WorksIRL  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I’ll have to check out your video! Actually replacing the part is a real fix so you can at least keep using it fully with the spray wand brush. Great tip on lubricating the tube ends to more easily slip on the connector ends! Thanks for sharing and for being the first to share a fix! 💪

    Thank you so much i was getting mad because i thought it was the end for this expensive machiney .. my sister got some my wrath when she started to complain 😅

    • @WorksIRL
      @WorksIRL  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Man, I wholly understand unleashing that "wrath" upon those immediately around me at moments like that when your hard-earned money is suddenly vaporized right before your very eyes! 🤣I'm really pleased this video helps you save your machine and I will admit, I'm still using mine with just the make-shift clear plastic tubing "fix" because I'm cynically convinced the "new gauge replacement" will likely fail me again in a few years. The only drawback is having to manually spray the cleaning fluid when using the hand wand but the hand wand still sucks perfectly fine and I just use a spray bottle to spray the cleaning fluid when I need to use the hand-wand. Thanks for taking your valuable time to stop back and leave your nice comment and maybe buy your sister some flowers to apologize for having to take part of your wrath 😀Best of luck to you and happy continued carpet cleaning!

    Question, when I turn on my button water solution back flows on the suction hole next to the wheel. Any solution to fix the problem? Thank you

    • @WorksIRL
      @WorksIRL  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Gosh, I'm having trouble understanding the problem you're experiencing. Is it possible the cap to your solution tank is not threaded onto the tank appropriately and maybe messes up the relatively pressure for dispensing the solution? Please stop back and let us know when you find a solution to the problem you're experiencing. Good luck! 👍

      Thank you! I meant to list that tool on-screen but obviously missed it 🤣. It’s a Wagner heat gun. I’ve used that so many times in so many ways from irrigation system maintenance to electrical connections to simple adhesive and paint removal. I’ll list a link to it in the description. Thanks again for watching!

    Could even installed a T in the middle of that tubing an left the hose connector for the hand tool hose

    • @WorksIRL
      @WorksIRL  ปีที่แล้ว

      Good observation…I actually picked a t-connector up but realized a simple spray bottle of cleaning solution then sucking up with the hand wand didn’t seem like a huge sacrifice. Your idea is a good one to keep the spray solution option on the hand wand…thanks for sharing!! 👍

  • @mrBDeye

    I let my dog lick the connector a few times then it’s easier to push the tubing on.
