I often have called my spouse "disgusting" and "gross" for his character and actions of physical and psychological abuse and his misogyny towards women. I was brought to tears realizing I actually find myself disgusting and gross for having let myself to continue to love and care for someone that I've allowed to treat me so poorly.

There is a beautiful reparenting meditation that I learned. Imagine your child self in a painful moment. Imagine finding your child self as an adult crying and distressed. Walk up to the child, scoop them up and hold them and comfort them. That's it. Super simple. But if you really feel through the meditation it is also super effective.

This video is spot on! Thanks for being humble about your life experiences and the journey that you are on. It has inspired me incredibly! My life has changed due taking responsibility, allowing others to take theirs, and healing through forgiveness of past trauma. I am a believer and trusting in the forgiveness that Christ won for me. His identification with me in my pain has given me a sense of connectivity and has taken loneliness from me! You also gave me a hint to watch Byron Katie and the 4 questions. What a healing process around my judgmental attitude! Thanks for your help on my journey! God bless.

Brother, I love your videos but please don't try so hard to sell your stuff.. People can grow just from watching these videos.
I know this for a fact because I have done it myself and I have shared your videos with a lot of people in there doing the same.
I'm sure that it is even more powerful to get one-on-one coaching with you or to purchase your monthly subscription.. but to say that if people do not do this that they will be stuck is a shame. And I personally don't think that's okay for you to say.
Not especially with the power that you yield.
Thank you for everything that you share and for taking the time to read my opinion.

I’m an empath who’s learning about my own crippling codependency. I’ve unknowingly sought out relationships with Narcissists in my life,my mom was a Narcissist whom I was also very codependent with and her mom was a narcissistic abuser as well. This video was different than anything else I’ve ever seen and actually gave me helpful and useful information about myself and my partner. Thank you so much for posting this. We’re all flawed humans who in the end just want to feel safe and loved in this life.

Great video ❤. I do believe I’m worth the investment and I want to heal. I have been the victim of a narcissist and I no longer want to be the victim. Unfortunately, I’m a single mother of two daughters and I’m currently unemployed 😢 but as soon as I get a steady stream of income where my kids and our bills are taken care of I will invest in myself as well as my daughters. They are 14 and 11 and if we do this together I believe they will avoid my mistakes ( choices I made) and heal from their trauma.
I can’t wait for us to start the journey to heal our wounded child.

Hey my name is Zinhle Magwaza and I was raised by a narcissistic mother, I've listened to 3 of your videos now and all that I can hear you say is that I should sympathise with my mother more and she's not wrong and I am to blame...I'm not really sure what to make of this, I am here to receive help and now I'm feeling so guilty as if I deserve all the pain she's caused me and it's my fault she is the way she is and I must really give her credit, a part of me doesn't want to listen to you anymore because of how bad I am now feeling and a part of me does because I know I need help...is the narcissist right ? Do we really deserve to be born in such situations? What really is your point please make me understand, what is wrong with me? Should I accept my mother and sympathise with her then disregard every pain and hurt that this is causing me, please don't just give my comment a heart, I'm here because I need answers

The shame your mother dumped in you is being triggered so you are taken my words out of context and using them to victimize yourself. I am in no way saying and would never say that a child is to blame.
The first step is to invest in your own recovery. Make yourself the focus and not your mother. When you have reclaimed your self-esteem you will be able to forgive her AND hold her accountable without the self-victimizing shame you are experiencing now.
As I always say, pick a teacher (it doesn't have to be me) you like and trust and begin taking their programs. Videos alone are not enough. This requires daily work to heal.

"I'm not going to race to the bottom." WOAH . That's an excellent sum-up of that dynamic and a way to navigate away from it.
"Thanks for sharing your reality. If you want to hear mine, let me know." I have done this and get, "It's the only reality, you don't get to have some other reality." Which is when I peace out cuz that's just nowhere.

Thank you for this Marvelous message!♥️♥️♥️🔥♥️🔥 I am an expert at this life filled with illness in the past six years Doctors gaslighting me. You don't look sick, your pain is fibromyalgia, diabetes, arthritis. When the other real Doctor's say it's auto immune, infection, lymphoma. I watched Patient Story and the same thing happening to other people. No good

Wow😮. That's true...I searched father when I married My husband. He was ten years older than I. But in our case, I became mother, and I hated that.

After going no contact for many years, they were both Narcs, parents are in old age and need a carer, they never contacted me. I've been slandred had flying monkeys, luckily it stopped. Sometimes i feel so guilty, i do not want to go back to being treated like a 6 year old.

I am currently waiting for a diagnosis for npd, I have been told I have cptsd/ emotional child neglect and attachment issues but I feel like it’s more than that and this is what my therapist said, I am looking for a parent in the relationship . And I recognise doing this just after reading online about npd.

You wouldn’t want to see nor want to take “fix” my 80yr old Mother-in-Law. She is awful. I don’t feel bad for her at all. I sound mean but Life is too short. I fully believe to go no contact w/ toxic problem. What she is doing (divisive) between my Husband and me in our marriage every time they talk on the phone. And he falls for it every time. “Lucky me”!!😩😠
