Thanks for your video. Tried last month. Completed 21 days now stirred and will keep again for 21 days. Hope I followed your steps but just made it with one liter of water for trial. ❤❤❤
It is better to do a primary fermentation for 4-5 days first and then strain it on the 4th or 5th day into a secondary carboy or bottle and fit it with an air lock. This will eliminate the need of opening the bottle and having to stir the contents everyday for 21 days. Nice video 👍
No issues at all.. honey , brown sugar , jaggery anything will work.. that yeast will hog the sugar and leave the alcohol for u to get high on and the carbon dioxide will escape as gas ..
Eggshell is made of calcium carbonate. So by logic, calcium carbonate tablets ( the kind people buy from medine stores as calcium tablets for bone health) should do. Would it ?
Sir your wine storage bottle is good... I like it... I find in market but this type bottle is not available in market... Sir if you help me give me response
In wine making process it is important to use all the utensils including bottle, spoon to stir everyday to be sterilised... Also to close the lid tightly... May be somewhere something went wrong ...
The raw egg doesn't mix with the wine.... It will settle down along with all the particles which make the wine cloudy.. then you can siphon the clear wine out to the bottle and discard the settled thick liquid

Now I want to do it with 4 liters of water.

Do you add colouring in order to get this colour? Also how long can it be kept since egg white is added ?
No colouring added...as it gets older u get good colour and taste..
@@potstreatsmangalorean9391 You said that we can store it for 1 year. Is it after adding the egg white mixture?
Yes after adding egg white
Can I add jaggery instead of sugar or any replacement for sugar
Brown sugar would be good 👍
No issues at all.. honey , brown sugar , jaggery anything will work.. that yeast will hog the sugar and leave the alcohol for u to get high on and the carbon dioxide will escape as gas ..
Can we use spatula that is not made up of wooden... Especially used at home for cooking... For stirring the wine??
Yes you can use...but sterilised spoon...
Everyday use the same spoon..
Quicker clarification...
Dried eggshells crushed into a powder... stir about a desert spoon full into the plonk. 48 hours should be enough.

What is the option of egg white
If you don't want to add egg you can avoid it...but wine takes longer time to get clear silky texture...
If the sweetness is less after straining how to rectify please let me know
Boil sugar with lil water, cool and mix with wine and keep for 21 days...
Thank you very much 😊
what kind of yeast did you use. can i use instant yeast (baker's yeast)?
You can use instant yeast...but if get wine yeast by any chance then that's the best..
any change i can reduce amount of sugar goes to it and ad lit bit of salt?
You can reduce little bit sugar if you like sweetless wine, may be around 250 g - 350g...
Other sugar is required for the process of fermentation ....
@@potstreatsmangalorean9391 thanks
Can I add Black raisins instead of regular one ?
Regular golden raisins are better...if you don't have then avoid it..
@@potstreatsmangalorean9391 what happens if i use black raisins

It is not necessary....if you want you can add
Nice Video!! Can we use Jagger instead of sugar with the same process?
Thank you. I have not tried with Jaggery. Generally, sugar is used for all wine making
Yes we can even use Jagger but there will be slight difference in its taste
Mais, le piment on ne le sens pas dans la bouche quand on boit ce vin ?
Does it have any alcohol content? If yes, then how much?
Yes it does... Almost same as the wines available in the market... I don't have any means to measure accurately..
@@potstreatsmangalorean9391 okay got it and thanks for answering.
What's the alcohol content of the wine
I have not measured but it is almost equal to any Ginger wine available in the market.
I use Vegemite instead of ginger
Good one 😊,but y Egg?
Egg white is used as fining agent to help settle any fine solids and get a silky texture for the wine
@@potstreatsmangalorean9391
Thank you 🙏👍🍸
How much alcohol is in there? What do you think? 🤔
I tried making it and on the 20th day. It had fungus floating on the surface of the liqued
did u mix everydy for 21 days like he said

What's the Alcohol Content after fermentation ?
I haven't got any means to measure, but I guess it is around 14-15%
ഒരു കിലോ ഇഞ്ചിക്ക് എത്ര വെള്ളവും പഞ്ചസാരയും വേണം..?

Adding egg whites is not necessary.
After 21 days i taste it, it became sour..
Looks good but, i will pass on the
raw egg white
