Hi, after adding the ingredients, there will be around 12.5 litres of product to leave for fermentation. The container should be filled only 3/4th with the unfermented wine. SO we would recommend a Bharani that has at least 15 litre capacity.

Wine in Europe is stored for many years... not sure if they have a different process
I stirr for 3 days and keep it undisturbed for 21 days
Caramelize and keep another 15 to 20 days to get it settled and clear
Also I use egg whites in grape wine
