How do foreigners apply for home loans ? Like how to show we qualify for the remaining amount when we don’t have pay check in Philippines ? Thank you

Hi! A requirement to avail of a home loan is PH Citizenship. Hence, foreigners can only apply for one thru a Filipino spouse since your income will be added to that of your spouse to increase your loanable amount. Hi ,I bought pre selling ,I will be done June 2024 equity, but my dilemma, was the developer who wants me to make a post dated check for July due to they are going to behind on their project .It is short they are fully done . I am on a CASH basis clientele. It's short, I will pay cash on 80 percent on the remaining balance, but I am not comfortable submitting a post dated check with definite assurance from the developer .What is the best thing ,I need to secure my cash money . I am not eligible for a loan .I am 63 years old.Thanks
