- I do not encourage anyone to enter culverts, unclog anything, or enter flooded areas as it can easily become deadly without the proper training
I unclog drains for fun in my spare time (I have been trained in culvert inspections for years with private co.) and I am osha trained.
Exploring anything abandoned can be dangerous or deadly without experience. I don't encourage anyone to enter any abandoned structures. Not only is safety a concern, but often times its illegal, and when possible I seek out permission from the owner or local police. I simply go to document its history before it's gone forever and I leave things the way I find them. I only take pictures and only leave footprints. I assume all the risks and responsibility before doing this. Please don't attempt to do this on your own. There could be nails, asbestos, falling concrete, soft floors, animals, or other hazards. Thanks for watching.

Camp is looking like a space capsule with all the foil. Ground Control to Major Post.
take your protein shakes and put your snowshoes on... lalaah... 😸
😂
🖖
But also extremely stealthily at the same time!!!
Reminds me of when Ricky had the trailer lined in foil for his "business operation"
The thing I like and admire the most about post10 is he doesn't have to dream up new content for his audiences. He just lives out dreams and ideas that were already there. Yet conveyed with that wondrous childlike enthusiasm that we all get from time to time, irrespective of age. Those daft little bursts of glee we have when alone and excited about a thing. So we all to varying degrees, live vicariously through him.
That's relatively unique on TH-cam insomuch as the lack of usual livery, frippery and stuff clogging up the actual footage and narration/commentary. That post's subject matter is benign and important, thereby contributing to the overall good in society, elicits our support and applause.
Bravo, Post, bravo.. 👌
I think it's awesome that you get so excited for these camps that you can't sleep the night before. We want you to keep making these videos because you love what you do, not because you think you *have* to. Thanks for taking us along, as always!
I also was thinking about that! ❤
Totally agree with you, keep up the good work 🙂
Gotta say, I never thought you can make the inside of a culvert so cozy looking haha, take note Steve Wallis. You can actually make an evening out of watching, not just a 10 min video, thanks
I love that you are able to do this - very Boy scout!
Good,,,,friend
Looks super cozy for a culvert.
I'm 58, and I've never seen anyone eat hotdogs like that, tearing off bites. You are as unique as your videos. Thanks, P-10!
I can only imagine the ingenuity and imaginative ideas that went into your pillow and blanket forts as a kid.
I can only imagine once Post has a kid what adventures they will go on together if Ghost 10 allows. 😂
Watching that sled flip over was seeing my worst fears for you realized! I hope now that a few days have passed your knees and feet are feeling better. Thank you so much for putting in all that hard work and letting us enjoy the fruits of your labors!
it was kindda funny to wach though
1 hour and 44 minutes of camping video. Just what I needed after a busy and stressful day. Thank you so much!
Idk if I'm the only 35year old female that LOVES watching his videos and 1hr and 44mins yessss.. only 15mins in and so excited thanks POST10
Possibly. I’m a 42 year old female that loves watching his videos.
@kooral6959 yesss thank god because I thought I was like the only older women that loved his videos 💜💙💜💙
I'm turning 35 in June, LOVE these videos!
55 year old here too!😂
My man, I’m glad you’re out there appreciating a proper culvert more than anyone else on the planet. Keep on keeping on, bro!!!
I suffer from insomnia ever so often. Your camping videos with those trickling water sounds, the walking in snow or just wind gushing through the pipe are like asmr that help me fall asleep. Thanks for that.
Same.
Me too
Thankyou for taking me on holiday with you.
As prepared as you are for your adventures, I've always wondered why you don't bring an extra set of clothes in a waterproof bag. Especially for these cold weather videos when you get wet or too sweaty. Hypothermia is a dangerous thing, and we don't want anything happening to you. Great video as always. Hope your knee is feeling better.
I just want to say .. there are precious few videos I watch that are almost 2 hours long .. but anything Post10 puts up is always very entertaining .. and informative! .. always something to learn!! :)
Pulling that sled 4 miles up a giant hill - pretty impressive! That's the same sled we use for ice fishing. When we need to go down big hills we turn the sled around and let it go down the hill backwards first and we can control it with the rope from behind.
Haven't finished watching yet, but we are enjoying it!! Great content!!
I can't even walk across a parking lot. I'm reliving my youth by watching these videos. Thanks Post 10. What does post 10 stand for anyway?
I really like your videos. I have pancreatic cancer and your videos relax me take my mind off the chemo. side effects.
I love these hour long camping videos! It’s part of my nightly routine now I’m working my way through them all before bed and I split them up I watch about 30 mins a night till I finish one video then I start another 😄 love them
Me too. I have watch all Post10 videos before the sleep
Agreed!
Some of the best content TH-cam has to offer!
Post 10: You are the only one I know of who can come up with the idea to sleep in a culvert. Lovely stuff. Thank you for beeing you post.
Wow. You did it again. Made another camping video that was unique. Awesome awesome video.
Thank you for taking us all camping with you, I enjoyed it❄️❄️❄️
You somehow seem to find a way to roll five different types of camping videos all into one.
As always my friend, stay warm.
What a great mood video for my wife and I on Saturday morning. You’re a good man. The world is a better place with you in it my brother.
Keep pumping out “winter camping” videos. They are pure gold.
So awesome how you always stay so positive even when it doesn’t go so great, good job!
One of your best videos. In the last part the snow was so beautiful on the trees and everywhere else. And you just powered through it all.
I disagree. I love Tyler, and appreciate all the videos he makes for us, but for some reason out of all the camping videos, this one just didn't seem that interesting or exciting to me. Again, don't get me wrong.. I'm not criticizing. And I'm not saying I could do better, and I'm not even saying I could suggest anything to make this one better.. I'm simply saying from a raw "feelings" POV, this particular camping video evoked the least reaction or feelings. Not the end of the world. I still enjoyed the video, but I think I would enjoy rewatching one of the other camping videos more than I would rewatching this one. I don't really know why either.. I can't think of any particular reason or another. Maybe I'm just in a weird mood today.

Who is Tyler?
@@dong6839 Take a midol and everything will be ok.
@@dong6839 no one promised you "feeling" videos
I remember watching a video from this channel many years ago of you silently draining a roadway or something to that effect. Suddenly just recently I got a flood of recommendations from your channel. And before I realized it I had sunk many hours into watching your videos. Idk what it is but I can watch your content back to back for hours on end and never get bored. Consider me subscribed! Keep up with the great content dude!
Please continue to plan and do more camping videos! Watching them has reignited a fire from when I was younger and frequently camped with family. Just because of them I just bought myself a "new" SUV to go out exploring and to load up with gear for future endeavors
Taylor , Lucky you. Safe travels and adventures. Don't forget to share them with us.👍
Yes very lucky, I don't even have a car, can I have the old one? Lol
This is the ONLY time I have ever enjoyed being outside in the winter snow. Oh wait, that's because I am IN my home where it's nice and WARM, just the way I enjoy it.
Thanks, Post, you make every video an adventure and doing things I would never have thought of doing or trying. 😊
Love the camping videos. Thanks for posting.
I can’t wrap my mind around your adventureous spirit!! You do so many things that no one else even considers. Thanks so much
Post 10 your videos have gotten me through two surgeries. One as we speak. Your voice is calming and I love going on your adventures with you and Ghost 10. Thank you.
You are honestly my favorite youtuber on the platform.. its calm.. satisfying.. straight to the point.. informative.. and just plain interesting. Thank you for being you 🙌🏽🙌🏽
I felt your pain when you fell and objects went into the water. I also considered that you had such a long walk back. Definitely the biggest high being the best camp and the biggest low being dump of the sled! Thanks for the video, bud!
It's neat how you show different ways you camp in the winter.
Thanks for sharing
You sure put an enormous amount of effort into making videos for us. I appreciate that. Some would think watching this would be boring but I actually enjoy them. More power to you. I'll be keeping an eye on you. Wish I was young again.
get in shape, you can do a lot , more than you think
(if you are really old, ignore me, and enjoy your well deserved rest)
70 yrs old, bad knees, but soon will be hitting the road in my cargo trailer conversion towed by my cargo van. I might get to Maine to see you, but not in the winter. That'll be Arizona for sure. I live in Michigan and am tired of winters. You seem to like the cold though. The thing about cold is you can always put more clothes on, but in the heat you can't take enough clothes off. Ha ha.
@@douglaswhite1306 that's a great idea, I've been thinking about buying something like a 6 by 10 trailer and insulating it for traveling, I would just put a bed in it I'm not interested in any electrical or Plumbing
@@post.10 Mine is a 5x10 with a 6 ft ceiling. 1" insulation all around. Diesel heater, Dorm refrigerator, Dometic 2 burner propane stove, built in. 600 watts solar, 2000 watts pure sine inverter, 2 - 20lb LP tanks, LED and 120v lights and outlets, bag in a bucket toilet, 3 gal water jug w/ USB powered water pump, microwave, rear barn doors open up and make a shower enclosure. 2000 watt inverter generator in rear of van on a pull out tray. But I plan to leave and seldom return....just follow the weather as a nomad.

The sky from 3:30 to 4:00 is beautiful!!!!!! That pink color is so pretty with the blue!!!
Is it fair to say that you are the ONLY person in the world who is cooking in culverts??😂. Love it!!
First time watching this old video. When the sled first flipped I thought to myself "That Sucks". Then I watched it over and over and had the best laughing fit I have had in a long time! Thanks! LOL
Wow, what an effort to haul that load to the culvert. Am watching this after your other Patreon video on the setup of the space. Awesome stuff posty! Other than the sled dumping you and all you stuff! Ouch. And my usual thanks for including the degrees C conversion. The last few days in Sydney, Australia has been I'm mid to high 30's C. Just over 100F.

Ive been an avid fan for years. You are my go to, to fall asleep amd 90% of the time i go back and rewatch the cideos i fall asleep too. I introduced you to my 6yo that always has trouble falling asleep with such an active mind. This helps him focus and either drift off to sleep or he waits until you are leaving camp to fall asleep. Either way we are both learning and calming our minds. Thank you Post 10!
Stealth Disco Camping!
Good video. Thank You.
Also keep a waterproof bag with change of clothes including boots or waterproof boot liner in case it gets wet. Amazing idea & visual effects on a great budget. Fun watching the space walls breathing! Yet another wonderful vid!
MAN, I CAN'T EXPLAIN THE SMILE THAT THE NOTIFICATION GAVE IN MY FACE, I LOVE THOSE CAMPING VIDEOS OF YOURS
That was fun! (Well, most of it!) The reflective walls were really awesome, the beauty of the fresh snow...
I can't believe you didn't drop out of time lapse for the burps after your hot dog feast!
That was an incredible culvert and a great camp! Have to say I have been inspired to camp now even if it is just in the backyard. Hope your knees and feet are OK after that spill and hike back and that your stuff is salvageable!
You are now the king of stealth camping. All hail post 10. Awesome set up and location.
My friend I am a new channel member and happened across your channel and glad I did. I don't think there is anyone else on you tube who is more enthusiastic and passionate about nature and to see how excited you get to share with the world is constantly keeping me smiling in awe. I can honestly say I find it very inspiring and find myself thinking about somewhere I could try this out. Thumbs up 👍

So excited for every upload! Thanks, Post10!
These videos are legit the best thing to watch before bed. I feel so much relaxation when watching your videos. Be safe but keep them coming!! Love from Australia ❤
Constantly outdoing yourself, what a sick camp- coolest dude around!
This culvert was so cool. I can't believe how well those mylar blankets worked. I know exactly where you were this time. For the record, if you had taken the snowmobile trail instead of the road, it just hugs the river a bit and cuts that corner out, where the steepest part of the road is. I used the snowmobile trail on the way out last time I hiked in that area... because it cuts out most of the hill. Looking forward to the next one !
I think the moral of this and the last camp are always take spare clothes and shoes when you go on these adventures.
Great content.
I've been surrounded by big, butch construction workers for about 40 years, and you're one of the toughest guys I've ever seen. Truly unbreakable!
The titles get better and better and so do the camps. You go posty! 🤟🏼
Now this was adventure. Loved how the emergency blankets gave out all that fun colors and allusion. Hope your ok after that mishap. Great video.
“We’re going to get hot in here now!” You rule, man.
Just when you start to think Tyler is a wealth of knowledge and he's so wise, you see/hear him say something like, "hot dogs don't drip and squirt grease everywhere" like, what? What planet is this dude from? Hasn't he ever cooked a hotdog before? They're almost all fatty cuts of meat, and they produce a TON of grease.
@@dong6839 yeah if you let them cook enough to start splitting open and burning
@@dong6839 Hot dogs are made and precooked in casings, or skins. If you don't split the skin (like post 10 said) it's not going to be super greasy to cook.
@Dong not sure what cheapass hotdogs you be buying, but I never have had that issue. Are you confusing hotdogs with bacon?
I always thought hot dogs were the same until I bought some Nathan's Famous all beef franks. Wow they are good. Nathan's famous hot dogs are the ones eaten at the world's hot dog eating compilation on the 4th of July in coney island N.Y. USA.
You put a lot of effort into your videos. And at the same time having a great time being by yourself and enjoying nature. I really like the camping videos. Take care man.
Never a dull moment in this channel. Love his attitude!!
I'll be honest the moment you said those survival blankets were a dollar a piece i had my doubts about the warmth. But was i ever wrong! Incredible how effective they were at keeping heat in that drafty culvert. Knocked another great vid out of the park, Post!
I love this! I felt so sorry for you when you tipped! But you recovered and reevaluated and got out of there safe!!!! ❤❤❤ loved hanging in the coolest lava pit, space capsule and awesomest camp ever! That was so cool about the lil buddy!! What an awesome trick! Can’t wait for your next video!!!! 🎉🎉
I hope you didn't lose too much when you fell, and that you didn't end up getting sick! Thanks for sharing, this was a really good one, so pretty out there!
Aside from the hauling things in -given the larger culvert and thus more flexibility on making arrangements - it'd have been interesting to see the wood stove and a multi-day camp. With a truly giant culvert you could practically have an entire cabin fit in there. Some of the dry (or nearly so) culverts from your out west travel come to mind.
That would be really cool to buy a property with a small existing culvert and replace it with a 8-foot unnecessary culvert so you can make a permanent house that wouldn't flood
Your joy, enthusiasm and determination is outstanding! Your videos are awesome!
I freaking LOVED this camp!!! It was like you where camping in space🚀
Space is fake. It was like he was camping in the underwater, green screen “base.” 😉
@@ordinarypete 😂🤣😂
I appreciate how much work, planning and effort you put into these camping videos especially. You are very knowledgeable which means you are also very educational in your narratives. You must be super fit too! It wears me out just watching you pull that sled! I am surprised you have not rigged up some kind of motor or something. I also admire the fact that you are always honest and don't try to hide or cover up mistakes or when things go wrong. Huge respect Post 10, I hope you didn't lose too much and that your knees are ok. Stay safe and thank you.
Thank you for another awesome convert camping video. The shelter looked like an infinity mirror.
That was just great! Those emergency blankets were a great idea and it looked so cool with all the light reflecting off of them. Hope your knees are ok. Love your videos!!
You always find a way to come up with something cool and unique, and even though there's a lot of dialogue before you actually get to camping, I enjoy hearing you talk. I don't know your age, but I guarantee you are wise beyond your years. I would love to have a friend like you to hang out with. Be well, my friend.
Finally a TH-camr worth watching. Love these camping videos!
Thank you 🥰
I enjoy watching your videos 🙂
I hope that you are ok after your fall in the culvert pipe. It looked like a painful one. Have a lovely day 🥰🥰
I just can't believe I enjoyed watching someone camping in a culvert.
Amazing camping trip. It takes skill and to be brave to do this.
Ever been in a mirror maze? That's the vibe your shelter is giving this video. Love it!
Am I the only one who's kinda attracted to him like he does what he loves unapologetically how can you not love this man
He's Adorable!
You are so cool! Loved it! You are very, very enjoyable to hang out with. I am very sorry about your mishap, too. The lengths you go to to give us quality videos is very impressive, and you are in great shape to accomplish these outings!!!
You’re my hotdog eating spirit animal! Your shelter looked like the inside if a giant Costco hotdog lol!
Man, how you can pull that sled up a deep grade after eight hot dogs and a bag of fried rice... I'd have a major blowout in a nether region if I even attempted that. Kudos to you, sir!
Oh my word, Post, that is the coolest camping culvert yet. It’s like you’re in a spaceship. Oh my word, lol, you just said that, hahaha! We just love your videos!
Culvert camp is looking like a music video from 2000s. Have a great day.
Thanks for another cozy camping video Post. I hope you like making them cause I enjoy watching.
I really enjoy these videos. I’m planning to start camping soon and I learn a lot from your videos. And they are so relaxing too. 👍🏾 Thanks for sharing
Great outing I haven't been winter camping in decades sure brings back memories thank you post for taking us along 🤪🛷👍
Thanks for the ride-along - I was very worried when you fell into the water as I thought you'd have a massive problem trying to stay warm 'till you got to your car. Glad you made it!
How cool!!! All that shiny reflective barrier made the inside look like something from the 70’s disco era. Thanks for taking us along. Sorry about the mishap with the sled. That sucked. 😮. At least the scenery is beautiful there. I don’t know that I will ever look at a culvert the same way. 😉
Easily one of the more interesting videos I’ve ever seen on TH-cam. I saw the thumbnail and when it said camp I just had to watch it . Great job.
Posty hard at work! Sipping on my coffee and enjoying ANOTHER culvert camping video. Great ideas and love the content, keep it up buddy!
Omg that's an amazing shelter. Looks so cozy and warm in there xx
Being from Northern Michigan I know a lot about winter camping. I would suggest to always keep a ferrel rod and/ or a big lighter in a watertight Ziploc bag. Like you said had it being -10 degrees that could have been life threatening. Another great video! Thanks bud!
I loved watching the timelapse while you were sleeping. The light and movement of your surroundings was surreal! Like, outer-worldly. Your footage of the sled-slip was hilarious, although not at the time for you, I know. Scary, actually, and I am glad that you were not hurt worse than you were. How is your knee? Keep us posted. No wonder you are in such great shape after such hikes. Awesome. Cheers!
I’d like to see some more van camping. Keep up the great work!
Post10, I hope your knee/leg is ok after that nasty spill. I can't imagine walking that far with cold wet feet and a potential injury to your knee/leg.
You should probably consider bringing in a pair of dry socks and a thin pair of thinsulate pants both packed in a ziplock bag so should you get wet you've got some dry socks and pants to put on in the interim. Just something to consider.
I've had those flavored sparkling waters from WM. They're 76 cents here and the only flavor I like is the cherry limeade...delicious and refreshing!
I loved the different colors you were able to make in your cool shelter. You had lots of cool ideas on this camp from the emergency blankets to the car windshield reflector to the compact oven and cookware set.
Thanks for taking us along on this latest camp out. Be well and God bless! 😊🌻🙏🏻❤️
I am inspired to do some winter camping. Thanks for the interesting videos. Never too long!
Going through the last culvert into the light at the end of the adventure was a nice visual metaphor as well. Great video.
I'm watching this huddled under blankets because I'm always cold and we don't even have snow, it's 48F here. Still it feels really comfortable watching this, it's like going camping with a friend. Kudos for that long strenuous trek uphill! On thing though. SIR WHERE IS YOUR HAT AND SCARF?
Man, your legs must be made of pure granite from all those years of hiking and pulling heavy sleds. Love ya, brother!
seriously good job on being safe and getting a CO2 detector. You are setting a good example for amateur outdoors enthusiasts.
I love his videos. He's so genuine, it's refreshing. Not to mention the interesting and educational content. Very knowledgeable young man.
Love these camping trips you takes us on! I look so forward to them every week.
I always worry about your plywood sliding like your sled did while you're boiling water or making soup or when you have your mini fire stove going.
Be safe buddy.
Yeah, why doesn’t the plywood slip? And how did you calculate the width of the board? A bit too wide and you’re too high and a bit too thin and you’re in the drink.
Wow, you pegged the thermometer! And that's how you winter camp folks. Thanks Posty!
I love these adventures you share with us.
I wonder: if you cut small semicircles in a couple places on the end cap if it would cut down on the rustling? You know, like they do on big banners strung across roads. Would also allow fresh air to enter the area without significantly contributing to heat loss.
Stay safe, stay warm.
Absolutely amazing. You are a machine pulling that sled, and it was as fascinating watching that as your studio 54 culvert glamping.
