MALL TOUR - Newburgh Mall, Newburgh New York

This is my video tour of the Newburgh Mall in Newburgh, New York, from July 8th, 2021. This is a struggling mall in the Hudson Valley region of NY. It was opened in 1980 by Kravco, and renovated in 1999. I found this mall interesting for its many rare storefronts, and its flooring patterns. Other than that, there isn't all too much to say about this place, it's a middle of the road mall in a struggling town. Also, the lighting is terrible and should be replaced. The bulbs are far too harsh.

I thought Cosmo's Pizza was amazing. You could taste a hint of garlic in the sauce...loved it!!

Thanks for the video. Raising our daughter in the 90s we used to go to the Newburgh Mall for trick or treat, costume contests, visiting Santa, etc. They had some really nice stores.....and Friendly's! It seemed like a ghost town last October when we visited from Virginia. Sad.

The town is doing amazing
The western part of the city is as well
While it got very bad the eastern part of the cities seen big improvements in the past 10 years not that I'd recommend walking down landers street at night but it's getting better
