    Ingredients:
    120gm Marie Biscuits
    70gm D'lecta Unsalted Butter
    25ml Milk
    50gm White Compound
    300gm D'lecta Cream Cheese
    75gm Caster Sugar
    30ml Corn flour
    20gm Refined Flour
    100gm D'lecta Fresh Cream
    DIRECTIONS
    • Line an 9-inch ring with silver foil, preheat the oven @180C.
    • In a mixing bowl add crush Marie biscuits and melted unsalted butter and combine well.
    • Add the mixture to the lined ring and bake for 5-7 min.
    • For the batter, in a mixing bowl add chopped white compound and add warm milk to it and mix.
    • In another bowl take cream cheese and castor sugar and beat until soft.
    • Add refined flour and cornflour and mix well.
    • Add the white compound mixture to the cream cheese and mix.
    • Add fresh cream and whisk until it is well combined.
    • Pour the batter in the ring and add water to the baking tray.
    • Bake @ 160C for 55-60 min.
    • Once baked let it cool and keep in the fridge for 2-3 hour before serving.
