I will show you how to install windows 10/11 using Flash Drive with very simple steps. To install Windows 10 in an SSD, you must do the partition in the correct manner otherwise, you may end up creating an unwanted system partition and you may not be able to use the full potential of your expensive SSD.
In this video, I will show you how you can avoid the hard drive partition mistake and install Windows 10 on your SSD smoothly. You will need a pen drive of a minimum of 8GB to create bootable media for Windows 10. I have also shown in this video how to create bootable media using the Microsoft tool.

1) If i have my data in my 1 tb hdd(which is partitioned into c , d , e , f drive)

How to create ssd system partition if HDD system partition is already there? For example if my windows is in c drive, and system partition is in same drive, will I be able to create system partition in ssd if I completely format that c drive?
Well, I'm not sure it will work or not but you can try to remove your hdd beforehand and then install windows in ssd. After finalization you can insert your hdd again.
My friend didn't create a system partition in ssd and that became a problem 'coz his laptop won't boot without the hdd connected.
We had to clone "EFI Partition" from hdd to ssd to fix it.
So, try what I told 'coz if it doesn't help, there isn't any loss either. I mean I would've done it this way (removing hdd before installing).

No. Don't do that. Already u have very less storage. After partition, you will lose 3-5gb of additional space. So not a good idea

Ur ssd might have unallocated space. Go to Disk Management and merge unallocated space.

You can just make 1 more by formatting (Shrink Volume)...somewhere around 150-200gb.
Even better you can transfer your data to hdd and use the whole ssd as one partition and proceed as shown in the video. No data will be lost as long as it's in a diff partition as the one ur using to install windows

Sir, what is your partition type of ssd n hdd. Is it GPT or MBR. I have MBR partition and my system is creating separate system reserved partition in my ssd when i migrated os from hdd to sdd. Now i m thinking to do fresh install after all backup. One thing i wanna know is do i need to format my ssd to GPT partition before doing fresh install or it is just ok with MBR partition. I think the reserved system partition is created becoz of MBR partition. What do u think about that. Reply fast pls.
Mine is also MBR. That's mostly default thing. These days laptops usually share common thing between UEFI and BIOS. If your device is 10 years old, it may need that attention but not for current systems. Just go with Default. It has nothing to do with performance. Only one thing is important in Disk partition that is file system. NTFS for Disk FAT for USB.

I can see these partitions as a separate disk in my computer it is bit annoying so i wanna do fresh install n delete all these partitions n format hdd n ssd when installing window from bootable usb. Here in this video you have created new partition for each hdd n sdd. What if we don't want to create new partition n just select n install on sdd after format? How you tried that n what's the difference here if any.?
@@Sanjay-mp1xd System and recovery partition mandatory to run your computer. If you delete that, whole System will be corrupted and you will loose everything. So don't do that. Each time you install windows, three Mandatory partition will be automatically created, System and Recovery and Data. Data partition is where your windows get installed. and other two partitions are for backend files.

Did you get any solution for 2nd point?
1. It'll just update your system to latest version of Win 10 avaiable.
2. You don't have to boot it. If your hdd shows up in Boot Menu...just leave it like that, no need to do anything. Create system partition in ssd. Even better, you can remove your hdd before coming to Boot Menu and connect it once done. You'll just have to change the Boot preference to SSD 1st.
3. As long as you're installing the same variant your system came with, there won't be any need of license. Actually your motherboard has a digital license key with it. So it'll activate automatically.
(Means you system came with Win10 home, you don't need any new license for that. But if you install Win10 Pro or any other, then you'll need to buy a new license or crack it.... don't crack plz...not recommended.)

Actually after purchasing the laptop in 2015 the seller made a recovery DVD disk for me so that i can use that if needed in future. My doubt is, if i use that disk to recover the original version of my laptop, 1. will it ask for windows product/license keys? 2. Can i again upgrade to windows 10 after recovering the windows 8 which originally came pre-installed in my dell laptop.

First save your windows license on Microsoft account. Then create a USB flash drive as i showed in the video. Then install windows in SSD and do the partition as i have shown in the video. Login with your same Microsoft account when it starts for the first time

Yes but ur external drive must have only windows boot files. No other file. U have to erase all data from external drive.

It will be damn slow. Because of very low speeds in USB ports. So don't do it. If u have some external SSD with 1000gbps transfer cable, then fine. People do it with MacBooks. But normal external HDD can't handle.

U can merge all partitions if u want. Just leave the C drive. Search on Google. Disk management options.
