Hey Chris I have a question that sort of relates to this video so I thought i might see if you know how to fix this small problem. I am running arch with KDE and latte-dock. I have the normal typical config with a panel on top and the latte-dock on bottom. So here is my question I have install librewolf and the global menu on the top panel does not play nice with it. Any ideas?

can you make windows 7 thin pc iso 32 bit file to 64 bit?, the only thing here is to edit the architecture. everything else remains the same. i asked many people but still not get the best answer, they just asked me to install 64bit versions available, they don't know how to modify the iso file.

I love my Arch Linux install with my custom-compiled Linux kernel, a version of KDE 5 made to look like it's Windows 7 (with Aero Glass enabled) and packages that focus on getting out the most performance and privacy from my PC.
But let's keep it a buck fifty; if Ubuntu Rolling Rhino becomes great, I'm gonna say goodbye to Arch and go back to the familiarity of Ubuntu (and Debian-based systems in general), now with some rolling release goodness sprinkled onto it.

Great video! This is a pretty good start for operating system customization! I do kind of wish you put a little more emphasis on the partition that's being used just because it could be different for everyone and it's important to be aware of and not do the wrong one. Other than that, very informative video! It shows different options to choose from and how we even have different preferences. I hate VLC on Windows for example, but am fine with it on Mac. I prefer Media Player Classic on Windows even though it's no longer supported. That's just an example demonstrating the benefits of different options. I only recently learned about Ventoy, which is incredibly useful for multi-boot on USB. I never used it for the longest time! I also had no idea there was a graphical way to install Arch like that. I've installed Gentoo a couple times (in VM) and I would say that makes it by far, easier!

Well, I'm stitching my own LineageOS-based smart phone OS install that will result in a de-googled Android smart phone - now this is great fun. Am using a Motorola Moto G7 Plus that bought off of ebay, brand new, for about $140. It's a very nice phone for that price. It will be even nicer when I re-flash its ROM to be completely devoid of Google apps and services, using the combo of F-Droid, Aurora Store, and microG in their place. And once I get this process down, am thinking of doing a Kickstarter for those that are interested in getting a de-googled, privacy-respecting Android phone of their own. For a service provider am going with Ting. I like having an unlocked phone, and I like a cell phone service provider that doesn't lock me into a long term contract commitment. This Is The Way - to roll, in the year of our Lord, 2021.

It would have been nice to include better item-by-item explanation of all the choices and why to choose or not choose any given option.
