    I like the idea of placing small coffee/snack shops at the front of large stores. The people who are waiting on others can enjoy that time with refreshment. I like your videos (all of them) Keep us informed on yourself & the world around you!

    I used to work as a barista as well (In the US). I saw the video you did with Natasha about Stars Coffee and I agree so much with how most coffee lovers don’t like starbucks.
    Anyway liked this video and made me miss being a barista.

    Very interesting video, it's nice to see someone who puts in a lot of effort and takes such a professional approach to their job. My niece used to be a barista at Starbucks, but I never got to see all the behind the scenes action. Thanks for posting!

    I'm self employed doing transcription and we're getting taken over by AI so for a while, it was hard to make enough money as before and i was consodering other jobs. One of them was as a restocker for a Nespresso store. they were giving a Nespresso machine when you started lol, i should have done the training just for that. I also looked at the recycing plant, but you had to start at 7AM and as i would have to take a ferry i would not been there on time with the following bus in winter. If it was in summer i could get there on time by bike, i might consider it at some point. Right now i'm happy to still be able to work from home though. ☕ I've never worked in a coffee shop because i spend my life in them and to me, it woul dfeel weird to be on the "other side"... I was a bartender a long time ago and after i worked at my favorite bar, when i went there as a client it wasn't the same somehow, i was always wanting to clean up even when i didn't work there LOL.

    The working conditions do not look bad however You did not say how many customers that you have on an average day. What kind of flavor is there in those bottles? At a place like Starbucks they have to mix all kinds of drinks including ice cream beverages. It is at least $15 / hr wages here (minimum wage) however everything is expensive, more than in Russia. Most people live well but are always in debt.

    • @HPCthulhu2011
      @HPCthulhu2011 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Oh a bit more. If a person has debt here, they might have a positive debt or else a negative debt. The positive debt is something like a mortgage payment and the negative debt is something like a line of credit. You can only get a line of credit (secured or non secured) if you have equity, so than you can get money that way instead of only through employment. Some people have a $100,000 or more line of credit....so there you would have lots of spending money that way. There you go.
