Nice video but Id recommend that you start the car and check for leaks before putting the top cover on(check the filter housing) and the bottom shield with all those bolts
Hi friend, can you tell me what needs to be changed at 11,000 miles on a 2023 Audi Q5? Other than the oil filter and oil, nothing needs to be changed, no flushing? Thank you very much!
Hey I used a U jack by powerbuilt. It allows you to jack the car from the jack point and then place a stand right under the jack. I've found on most newer europen cars they don't have another jack point. amzn.to/3VAtYOo
That video was pretty cool. Has anyone here used Amsoil European formula on their Audis? I just changed the oil on my new Audi A6 45 TSFI and used Amsoil european formula 0w20 508.00 with a WIX oil filter. Also, do you guys use an oil extractor pump? I'm thinking of getting one and trying it out, even though I kinda like draining it from the oil pan.
The drain plugs are plastic with a rubber gasket built in. You are supposed to replace the entire plastic bolt after each oil change. I have the part link listed in the description.
0w-20??? is that the recommend? i got conflicting answeres from oil manifacfurers and automotive store ghat i should put VW certified or equivalent or Euro oil that is 5w-30
Thanks guys. 0W20 sound thin but I finally undesrtand why VW uses 0W20 after digging the internet. VW508 is a strict requirement for an oil to be certified. equivalent like this Liqui Moly is a very good one. Even porsche guys uses it.
Best. Video on audi oil change.. thank you for the video

Thanks very much for the great video! Gotta change my Q5 oil soon... Also, same as my 2019 Passat 2.0.
Thanks for the info. Just did my first oil change on my 2024 Q5!
thanks for the video. I would assume this works also with the 2020 Audi Q5 right? If not, what would be the difference? Thanks again.

Great video! But all that plastic is scary
Hey there, great video. how did you jack up your car to place the 2 jack stands? Is there a place underneath the car to jack it up evenly?
Tnx

Great video!! All the parts listed will they fit and or work with my sons Audi sq5? Or the parts different ?
good job bro thanks
Yeah it also says for me that the oil filter does not fit a q5. For a 2024 q5
Amazon indicated the linked Mann oil filter does not fit 2024 Q5. Is Amazon wrong?
is this similar to the b9.5 s5 with the same engine? Especially the oil filter?
good stuff
Do you have a video for s-tronic fluid change?
Do you have a part number for just the drain plug o ring?

If you pop the hood it says it on the label to use 0w-20 next to the hood latch on the left. You can kinda see it at 1:20.
0w20 and use the liquid molly like shown in this video or amsoil or get it from the dealer.
