The redclaw crayfish, an aggressive crustacean native to northern Australia and Papua New Guinea, has been spotted in South Texas. Officials are studying the effect.
Louisiana cajun here. Nobody has a problem with bigger crawfish. As long as they reproduce at a comparable rate, bigger crawfish tails ain't a bad thing baybeh. Stock em up, let's roll with it. Maybe the big claws have new meat we don't have with our regular stock, id be interested in boiling some to find out.
