As promised the cold-process lotion formulation used is listed below:
Phase A:
73.5% - Distilled Water
2.0% - Glycerin
0.5% - Xanthan Gum
Phase B
6.0% - Avocado Oil
5.0% - Safflower Oil
5.0% - Jojoba Oil
7.0% - Polyglyceryl-4 Laurate
Phase C:
1.0% - Phenonip (Preservative)
Notes: Please feel free to play with (rearrange) the percentages and substitute oils to find what works for your application.
As mentioned in the video, a cold-processed lotion has a number of advantages and benefits over hot-processed products. For example, you are able to use heat-sensitive ingredients rather easily and the total prep and completion time can be a mere 5-7 minutes.

Where can you buy Polyglyceryl-4 Laurate?
For small retail sizes, I believe MakingCosmetics.com still has the chemical. Otherwise they have a blend that you can use in a similar way, its called CreamMaker Fluid.
