    Yes a solid program would be awesome! Been working with a PT and have a lot more mobility now that my upper traps are loosened up, but now I feel really weak and unstable :(

    Thank u well explained. I suffer from chronic pain in neck n lower back from bulging or herniated discs n numbness in hands for yrs. Disc problem got from work. This I know

    You are describing neurogenic thoracic outlet syndrome. Not neck flexors it’s hinging at the neck which severely weakens deep postural extensors in the cervical thoracic region. Scalenes take on the role of stabilisation. Don’t stretch this is a waste of time and harmful, strengthen the lower cervical thoracic extensors to take the load of the scalenes and other muscles causing tightness.
