My coach was right he said it was so hard to train in korea my coach is a 5th dan blackbelt in tkd he said they would do many kicks around the oval and butterfly jumps and if you stop 1 korean trainer would hit you with a stick and they will trained on night time with no lights only the shine of the moon
@@caseykrebs4774 I know this is a 1year old comment but i tried to do combat training of taekwondo it was tough especially the hardening of your punch and hands etc disarming etc and many more
Join national team or be a part of a club that takes its athletes to Korea and you will have opportunities to do minor competitions in Korea and train at Korean universities.
@@FIGHTNATION432 cardio burst is a meaningless term. You never hold full intensity for 1 minute in a tkd match, its entirely inapplicable to that sport. Its a stop start explosive sport with long low intensity periods in between.

Yeah the stick thing is real, the master of the school I went to would do it. It was brutal training but great. He was a North Korean refugee BTW
It's the same kind of training I had, very intense. Now this is the kind of place you want to learn taekwondo from.
Hi looks hard. Could you please inform what training camp was that? What univeraity/school do you recommend
it looks like in KyungHee University(경희대)
La vieja escuela, siempre mejor!!!
"I've done enough kicking now" that's why you didnt win any medals because the Koreans train like that everyday
It was a joke…

The training was so good I have a torn ACL and miniscus....
I had 11 meniscus injuries in 2021, couldn’t kick for the whole year.
😂 they practice so many combinations, but on match day you get to see pretty much bouncing on the spot .
I smell sheep in the comments

Not a good title
its complete nonsense for a tkd player to run 400m, it has nothing in co common with the energy needed for the sport.
I think it’s just for the mental toughness
It's for cardio burst, fighting is about reaching your limit and holding it for as long as you can
