Most of the Juniors saying that, the Old school depicts "The Power of Taekwondo", while New school depicts "The Speed of Taekwondo" (for thee check of Point sparing). Actually, a True Martial artist should try to develop both the qualities in balance, as per his strength, career, and his permitted time schedule, whether he is an Amateur or an Professional ! Focus On Taekwondo I just did a team visit. I would have loved to taken a course there!
