Recall that Russel Poole finally has come to this selfsame conclusion, eventually even exonerating Suge Knight from both The Murder of Pac and The Murder of BIG, even before Russel Poole "mysteriously" dies of a "heart attack" at The Monterey Park office of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department on August 19, 2015.
Go figure.

Kading's only concern was clearing the LAPD of any involvement in Big's death. If that meant giving Keefe immunity to achieve his goal, that's what he was gonna do.
Kading did solve the case. Without him recording Keefe, we wouldn't know who he is, and Keefe wouldn't have been doing interviews snitching on himself to get arrested. If you gave Vegas all that information 27 years ago, then why didn't they arrest Keefe and everyone else?

Actually it wasn’t stupid. Cause Kading gave him proffer agreement for their case. Not for Las Vegas. It let Keefe think he could talk about the case anytime. Vegas had nothing to do with Kadings case. So Keefe D was fair game when he write a book and open his mouth on youtube. Boom.

Actually, he pressed Keefe about Big's murder because they knew Keefe and Southside were there and felt Puff was owing them money.
They thought he was involved.

Vegas had all the info in early 2009. Maybe they couldnt of used his proffer statements, but they could of figured something out to get him to talk to them. Plus, it took then like 3 years after Davis's book comes out.

Doesn't matter if it's a Vegas or LA case. What matters is that family friends and fans of Pac finally got a confession and some closure. Without that deal Keefe D would've never confessed, never had the recordings released and never had multiple interviews and a book of Keefe admitting to the murder.

Its not an immunity deal it was only a deal during that meeting whatever he says cant be used against him that didn't mean the book cant used against, that didn't mean his interviews cant be used against him, that don't mean witnesses cant com forward and say he was involved. If anything giving him that deal gave him a false sense of confidence and gave him the rope to hang himself so the truth can be let out

Salute to The Art Of Dialogue, Bobby, and the fans. I understand that protocol should've been in place on Greg's behave and I think that it was. Greg did communicate to LVPD in regards to the proffer agreement and (if I'm not mistaken) that proffer agreement was extended via LVPD. I know it seem crazy in offering the proffer agreement to Keefe D but, that may have been the saving grace in part that help solve the case. I think had that proffer agreement was not in place, Keefe D wouldn't have been under the impression that it meant immunity or that he had immunity and that wouldn't be part of his reason for him to speak out in the first place. I think Keefe was too comfortable in part in speaking out because he thought that proffer agreement was immunity in some form or fashion.
@Ms.BayAreaMatthews415 The proffer agreement steam from Keefe D's drug case that had nothing to do with LVPD and the state of Nevada. LVPD always had the 2Pac murder case. Greg was investigating the Biggie murder. Keefe came to him in regards to information surrounding the 2Pac murder. Greg stated that he was in communication with LVPD in regards to the proffer agreement because they were eventually was made aware of it and (according to Greg) that proffer agreement was extended via LVPD. I don't think we would've gotten to this point without that proffer agreement as well as Reggie doing slick shit on tha low to help also.
@@PeterJones4Life I definitely think Keefe D speaking out was in part to clear his conscious in part due to his health status at the time and have it documented directly from him. That was why he was let out of prison early, due to him having some form of cancer along with the severity of it all. You also gotta remember that things went down during that time also. Keefe D got cut off from part of his own family as well as the streets in part because Greg's book and documentary publicly putting Keefe D out there.
Greg Kading didn’t offer anyone a proffer agreement. The US attorney did which is why LVPD couldn’t use his statements against him. Bobby Ladd comes off as a complete retard when discussing this. A police officer has zero authority to offer anyone a proffer agreement.

Initially Kading thought Keefe D was responsible for Biggie's murder. It wasn't until he started talking, he realized he was responsible for Tupac's.

Kading didn't really offer Keefe D a deal. It was only for the specific statement Keefe D made on that specific day. It wasn't blanket immunity. That proffer deal was brilliant because they got Keefe D to confess and, since Keefe didn't understand the deal either, it got that big dummy to start blabbing and confessing in statements that CAN be used against him. Kudos to Greg Kading and his task force!

That's because you have supposed that Keefe D has been telling The Truth, ignoring The Fact that Keefe D has gone along with a script, even to exonerate Keefe D and some of Keefe D's Friends, Familiy, and Associates being indicted with heavy charges.

The way Kading tells it, Keefe D wasn’t given immunity. He was just protected from self incrimination within that specific interrogation with Kading. I don’t see how such a deal undermines Vegas’s murder investigation.

They should thoroughly investigate that person too. But remember cops try their hardest not to investigate their own unless they’re forced too.

Therein lies the problem Vegas is going have to prove Keefe lied in his proffer agreement. Keefe’s attorneys going to make a ton of motions to have this case dismissed and moved to LA where they can’t prosecute him as long as there isn’t a lie in that original statement of his. Going to be interesting to watch to say the least.
