But thanks to the majority of Compton Pd Officers (like Reggie Sr & Jr) being rumored to be corrupt Vegas Pd probably didn’t trust them that much unless it was info they could verify. Greg Kading was LAPD NOT LVPD, and was handed Big’s murder case to see if he could make any headway with finding out who did it. And for some reason he felt the need to start investigating Tupac’s murder as well, even though Tupac’s murder happened in Las Vegas Nevada NOT Los Angelos California. The murder happened outside of Kading’s jurisdiction and he had no legal right to investigate it and especially did NOT have the legal right or authority to make a deal with Keefe D about Tupac’s murder!! What Kading did completely fvcked over LVPD and made their job even tougher to find information/evidence to arrest Tupac’s murderer, because they couldn’t use anything Keefe D said in the recording for the proffer agreement or any other evidence Kading acquired from Keefe D; it’s called “fruit of the poisonous tree”. Technically Greg Kading should’ve been fired for what he did. Ladd & his partner reached out as much as they could but again I don’t think LVPD was too trusting of them 🤷♀️

I’ve gone back and forth whether Orlando or Big Dre and possibly even Keefe himself being the shooter but I’m sticking with the fact Orlando did it. Dude was a trained killer. Look at the bullet hole pattern on the passenger door of the BMW Pac was shot in. Whoever fired knew exactly where to put the shots in the door that would land in Tupac’s torso. Whoever pulled that trigger was highly experienced in not only drive by‘s but murder in general. Orlando killed and took two people with him the night he got killed. Long story short Orlando did it. Big Dre sitting in the back left (if Keefe isn’t lying about seating positions) it wouldn’t of stopped Lando from shooting regardless. Who knows Keefe D and Orlando both could’ve been in the back seat. Hell it could’ve only been Keefe and Orlando in that car.. a lot of witnesses only saw two people. Keefe might not even of been in that car himself.. we will probably never truly know but Orlando doing it makes the most sense to me dude was active and probably had atleast 6 bodies
