I’m a big historian. I love history and I have studied a lot about JFK assassination. That’s something that’s peaked my mind. One thing was said they call it the magic bullet and I believe it is a whole heartedly because there’s over 8 to 10 people that claimed they shot Kennedy so that bullet went through eight guns it must be a magic bullet. This guy says he did it. Another guy says he did it. Another guy says he did it, so they was playing like lacrosse one guy shoots the bullet to the other guy he put it in his gun shoots it to another guy and one takes puts in his gun and shoots the magic bullet, but you know they all got something in common. They all already in prison and serving life they gonna die in there. They have nothing to lose, so what is the worst to happen to him? They might as well become a celebrity sorta I am a special forces veteran who has overseas killed people and saw people killed on a daily basis. Some of the people we killed were bad very bad good people in a bad position. I don’t care how bad they were killing. Someone is nothing to brag about. It bothers me every day even the ones that were the scum of the Earth you still think about having to kill them so I don’t see why anyone would want to lie about killing anyone and especially not a president but somebody’s lying because I’ve heard of 8 to 10 people I’ve saw claim they killed Kennedy

The Kennedy patriarch Joseph was an Irish mob connected guy wanted a son in the White House. When his eldest was killed in WWII it fell on JFK to do his father's bidding. JFK got elected in 1960 by winning the vote in the Chicago area controlled by Richard Daley. I was eight, living on the far South Side, son of a Daley Machine Block Captain. There might have been a few extra votes for JFK counted...
LBJ ran his own political mafia in Texas. He was a last minute substitution as VP at the convention. JFK didn't want him but had no choice to accept him. That's just how machine politics worked then and still does today - why Biden ran in 2020 and again in 2024 before being forced off. JFK selected RFK as Attorney General and they were perceived as threat by LBJ, J.Edgar Hoover and Alan Dulles of the CIA after the Bay of Pigs Fiasco. A huge scandal revealing LBJs corruption was set run on the cover of Time Magazine the week he was killed. It got pulled for the assassination story. RFK was killed for the same reason by the same conspirators in 1968. Younger brother Teddy was spared the same fate by the 1969 Chappaquiddick incident and his father dying the same year being content to just hang on to his safe Senate seat and not make the kind of waves that get you whacked in Washington - like Vince Foster the man who knew to much…

Chicago, West Side here, around the same time. Many moving parts here. Madeleine Duncan Brown, (LBJ's long time mistress, secretary, and mother of his only son), in her six part interview with Robert Gaylon Ross, Sr. described the meeting on the evening of Nov. 21st in Dallas at the home of one of the inner circle. George Bush, Sr .and the Governor John Connelly were at that meeting. Both were complicit in this event. Madeleine Brown also described LBJ's personal hit man, retained by him full time, who was on the overpass above the motorcade. At least one shot was fired by him. There were other agreements made leading up to JFK's death including Nixon becoming president at the next election, (following LBJ's, of course), and the understanding that Jimmy Hoffa would be released from prison at Nixon's pardon, so that the mob could kill him.

this guy clearly knows a lot of true details from being Mafia involved but he wasn’t the actual trigger man. The one who fired the fatal headshot was 1000% military. You gotta remember they assembled a military team to kill Castro and then used that same team on Kennedy once he clipped the cias wings and fired Dulles. Why do you think they are so set on swearing it was “one person Lee Harvey Oswald” Because they know it was a clandestine shadow military operation. Lee Harvey didn’t shoot a gun that day. He knew about the plans on Kennedy Oswald was just told to report to a few places that day with no clue he’d be turned on and used as the patsy by the same Government he served. Final shot came from the picket fence above the grassy knoll and I believe it was either a 556 nato likely an m16 or an AR10 .308. The 221 fireball makes for a good story but I’m not buying it. All somebody had to do was shoot from behind a crack in the fence so the barrel wasn’t sticking out. The fatal wound looked alot like a 223/556 varmint round to me. Been researching this for a long time. James Files was definitely a backup mob shooter that day and knows what happened but I’m not buying that it was him that fired the fatal shot. Definitely was military or a dirty cop like Roscoe White. Files just knows everybody else involved is dead and he knows the government won’t come after him because it would destroy their Oswald story and blow up the “lone gunman who acted alone” story. Also connect them more to the mafia. You can go to cia.gov official website and they literally have already admitted the mafia was involved

Tippit was supposed to kill Oswald after he reported to the first location, Oswald escaped and ran to the second location they told him to report to. Jack Ruby killed Tippit so he didn’t talk. Ruby was also chasing Oswald at this time as well because the radios reported that Oswald got away. Oswald got to the movie theater and realized it was an ambush setup. That’s why Jack Ruby did the same to Oswald without thinking twice. Ruby was cool with Dallas PD which the higher ups were involved in the assassination and Dallas PD was in bed with the mob back then big time. They set up the Oswald killing and let Ruby do it then took him into custody and eventually he was silenced as well. Once you already have a guy that’s compromised, cover blown, or hands dirty that you know you are going to have to silence eventually anyways, you order that person to be the crash dummy for the next cover up killing. The goverment made Oswald their patsy and Dallas PD got Tippit killed. Whether on purpose or indirectly I’m not sure but Dallas PD was cooler with Ruby than they were JD Tippit. Dallas PD didn’t want to arrest Ruby but they were forced to take their good buddy down. “Oswald went home to get a 38 revolver” yeah right more like Jack Ruby’s 38 revolver killed JD Tippit

Here's my crazy opinion. Forget File's claim, although he was there next to badgeman. In 2013, 50th anniversary, living in Dallas, I began a deep dive on TH-cam and Google and physically at the plaza. I went in thinking that mafia, CIA, FBI, and higher were involved. I watched the Z-film 1000's of times frame by frame, zoomed in, stabilized, and slow motion. I found the gutter bullet flying up in a frame missed his head by two feet, probably Nicoletti. I found a bullet flying level over the car from the front inches over the windshield. He was shot in the right forehead and his throat had been cut. Tippet's body was used as an autopsy double for pictures to hide the true fatal wounds, which would have exposed clandestine methods and secret penalties. An FBI agent said a frangible bullet with a shellfish toxin to paralyze was used, so I deduced it was to hit him in the back from a Frenchman pro sniper on the 5th floor. Shooters were where Files was and behind him in a pickup truck, and on the roof of the jail, and in the car, and on the bridge. A third victim that day was the man walking under the bridge, bullet grazed his cheek (from 5th floor, the other Frenchman) Files and others were ordered to miss unless the main ritualistic killer made the shot in the circle of the old temple site. No shots hit JFK from the grassy knoll, entrance wounds don't look like that. The top of his head was flipped over his right brow from a shot inside the car. I don't think Connelly was shot at all, but he was a lefty and probably counted to three with Jackie with his small calibre gun under his hat. She had a weapon under his left ear and it went straight up causing the wound we see. Look at frame 313, before 313 her elbow is going up tensely, and after 313 she has a bright shiny object in her right hand behind his head. Bone landed on the trunk lid from Connelly's shot and she chased it to catch it. Clint Hill caught it over the keyhole and handed it to her and she sat down with the evidence. The Kodak developer who developed the z-film that weekend, said when he saw it years later after the FBI had taken it, it was different and the cloud of brain matter above his head had been bleached down. You can still see the cloud of matter as well as the slug pieces in the air over the hood, and you can see the 65 degree trajectory of brain matter trail the entire time over every frame! There were about 11 other shooter locations I found. Files and all the rest were told to shoot and miss and mislead with the first shot. If Jackie, or the driver who stopped and had the brakes on (Nix film brake lights) or Connelly were accidently shot or failed, then they would switch to plan B and shoot him with the next shot.

    th-cam.com/video/44x5I-kP48o/w-d-xo.html
Also, in 1994 he is a lot more shy to mention theinvolvement of the CIA and his CIA controller David Atlee Phillips. In fact, in a voice stress analysis done on this video, he shows the most stress talking about David Atlee Phillips.
JF - I have no idea. But when I was trying to get a birth certificate for my own records, they could not locate one at first. And the logger in Alabama went to do everything, went to the capital and when he got through, he found it 3 months later. I had a birth certificate in there, that says “deceased at birth”.
J - Now can the mob do something like that or is that the government?
JF- That is only the government! The mob knows a lot of things, they’ve got ways to get things done, but when it comes to this kind of stuff, that’s out of their category. I wanna tell that when it comes to the government and underhanded work , the mob, they are kindergarten. They are kindergarten! I might upset a lot of people in the family saying that, but they are kindergarten when it comes to working with he government. They are the goldfish in the shark’s pond.

he is 100% legit, only couple of things : he said he only had 6 bullets for the fireball and he needed to calibrate the scope, i am not a gun expert but could he have calibrated the scope with only 5 bullets? Also, why would Nicoletti use him as a back up shooter when he seams to be very reliable and have a greater knowledge of firearms and most likely being the most accurate shooter than anyone else in the picture here.

Anyone who knows anything about firearms would not say “calibrate” a scope. That is just nonsense. Also he didn’t state any unit he was in just named the division but no units from the 82nd were in that theater during the time he stated
